DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH WOOD ARTISANS…read more I called several times to the phone number 310-293-1142. The person called me a day or two later; then, I explained my project to John, who agreed to do the job. I sent him pictures, the address, and all the information he needed; HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called again and again. Today, I asked him through a text message to confirm whether he was willing to do the job. Hours later, John sent a text message saying he had taken other jobs. I texted back when they would be able to do it, HE NEVER RESPONDED. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Joe submitted a very professional bid, complete with detailed drawings and computer mockups; he asked lots of questions, and before finishing the cabinets, checked with me many times with details about the cabinet he was building. The PDC crew came into our home and did their work quietly, politely, and efficiently; they showed up on time, worked hard, left our house cleaner than it was when they arrived, and impressed us every step of the way. For some ancillary work that needed to be done to accommodate the new cabinets, Joe recommended other craftsmen, all of whom did exemplary work as well. Our finished cabinetry is exactly what we hoped for; this company is the best we have ever dealt with for custom cabinetry.

My wife and I spent considerable time researching contractors for our master bathroom remodel and…read morenarrowed our choices to three. Bettermost offered the most competitive price, along with several helpful suggestions for improving the space, so we chose them for the project. The estimated timeline was five to six weeks. The team worked efficiently, and Paul kept us updated throughout the process. All the workers were top-notch, and we were impressed with the quality of their work. Our renovation included new floor and shower tiles, a freestanding tub with a floor-mounted faucet, a new vanity and cabinetry, new mirrors, and updated vanity lighting. They also installed stronger clothing support bars in our master closet. We are very happy with our finished bathroom and look forward to working with Bettermost again when we're ready to remodel our kitchen. We highly recommend them!

Their crews are always top notch - from tile, to painting, to floors. We are so thankful they helped us take a suburban cookie cutter home and turn it into a unique, beautiful haven for our family. We will use them for any projects we have for our house.

Overall negative experience with our bathroom renovation due to poor safety, workmanship, and…read moreproject management. Examples: a chandelier over the tub was mounted to a plastic box sitting directly on ceiling drywall with the cable unsecured along the attic floor; several items required rework, including a custom vanity with an off-center sink cabinet, unlevel countertops, and visibly slanted shelves; the plumbing work had multiple problems and the plumber and his sister were fired. Ther are many, many other things I could mention. The project took over eight months instead of the four promised, with work gaps of days and sometimes weeks. I met with the PM three times to create a timeline, but they fell behind every time. The only reason he gave was schedule conflicts with other jobs. One positive: Guillermo and Jose were responsive and fully guaranteed their work. They made sure I was satisfied with the end product before ending the project.

Floor and shower are very good as well. Before giving an estimate, Larry asked the right question: how long do you plan to stay here and how much do you expect to use it? We had a couple of issues where things weren't done as we expected and, while I don't think Choice was delighted, they did not hesitate to redo those things. The final cost was almost to the dollar what the original estimate was. This was a concern because a remodelling job done a few years ago by a different contractor, went way beyond the initial estimate - about 50% more. I would definitely recommend them for bathroom remodeling to anyone.

Larry came to our newly purchased house as soon as we contacted him. He listened to our vision and offered his opinion to help us do all of the things that we wanted to do. For example, we had a tiny master bathroom space that he completley transformed into my favorite room in the house. We had projects for every room in the house. The work was promptly and beautifully completed. Two things that make this company unique... high level communication throughout the entire project and consideration for the financial component. Larry and Heather worked with us to make sure that we chose the materials that were the best bargain. Since completion of the remodel, we have had visitors who have an eye for interior decorating. They are so impressed with the caliber of uniqueness that Larry and Heather contributed to our home. Larry has high expectations for all who work on his jobs. Carlos, the project manager, was always very diligent onsite and was very engaged with the vision of the house. This showed me that Larry communicates well with his staff too. Not to mention he keeps his "outsourced" employees accountable with their deadlines and responsibilities. We have some other projects that we want to do in the future and you better believe we will be working with Choice Remodeling!

They took our requirements and turned them into reality, and the quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Not only is the finished space beautiful and exactly what we envisioned, but the ICO team was also a pleasure to work with throughout the process--keeping things clean, communicating clearly, and staying on track. Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.
