When I arrived, I had to wait for a questionable and old elevator because there are no stairs available and it took me to their office on the second floor. I walked up to the reception desk, where the receptionist was starring at her monitor. She didn't look up at me or greet me. She just sat there and after about five seconds, asked if she could help me - still, starring at her monitor. She never looked up the whole time. I told her who I was and whom I was there to see; she said she would let her know I was there and told me to have a seat. Several minutes later, a woman came and got me. She didn't greet me and never introduced herself. I don't know if she was Dellinger, but she probably wasn't, because Dellinger had seen my resume. It was very evident from the beginning that this woman had never seen my resume and she didn't know a lot about the job. She brought up the job description and went over it with me, but never asked me about my prior experience or how I applied my skills. She asked no questions at all to determine how qualified I am for the position. It made me think I was pawned off on an underling who had not trained to conduct interviews and was not prepared - as though she was tasked with interviewing me at the last minute. It was a negative experience for me and offended me that they put such little effort into it.
