My therapist was 'London' - she was fantastic and always checked with me to ask if the pressure was too much, too little, or just right. Sadly I only found out over a year later that she didnt input everything that happened that day to my husband. All that she put was that he was confused. She left out how he fell back, his hands came up to his chest, his body began to jolt and he stopped breathing. His skin turning pale. Episode lasted almost 3 minutes before he regained conciousness and was confused. She called the ambulance but husband denied it since the episode had already passed. Sadly she does not want to fix her medical notes for that day. Standing by what she said was what happened. She cant own up to being caught documenting false notes.
