Very disappointed that the pastor, who at the beginning of the…read moreservice stated he did not know nor had ever met the deceased, hijacked the entire service to preach about infidelity, lying, other sins. Would have been more appropriate for him to speak of love, loss and dealing with grief rather than his own tangent agenda. He would benefit from learning to be brief and be seated. Let the friends and family eulogize.

She is still in a leadership role and I'm thinking that is scary. Does she just expect to be around ladies that have it altogether? I left the church because I can't see myself being faithful to a church that dismisses church hurt especially when I'm already going through depression. If I was newer to the faith I'm sure I would've not wanted to be in church anymore or done something.
