Aside from being a very nice person (which isn't always the case with doctors), he is a serious practitioner who really cares and goes out of his way to help. Once when I was having an emergency, he called me from DisneyWorld where he was on vacation with his family! Dr. Ali is so versatile that sometimes when I think I need a specialist, he is well-informed and able to take care of the issue. I am allergic to many, many medications, and Dr. Ali goes out of his way to find medicine that I can take. His office is in Beverly Hills, very central, with it's own valet parking, which is very convenient. I almost never need to go into the office except for the yearly checkup or to get a blood test. As a concierge patient, I have cell phone contact with him when I need him, and he answers promptly. When I had a serious flu, he sent a nurse to the house to give me hydrating infusion. Also had a nurse come to collect a sample during a UTI. Now that I'm older, I really appreciate Dr. Ali's concierge service. I chose the level that is $5000/year, paid in two installments, and never better spent. Gone are the hours spent in waiting rooms, and long drives across town to medical buildings. If I could give Dr. Ali 10 stars, I would. Whether you're considering concierge service or primary care, you can't go wrong with Dr. Ali. I've been dealing with an annoying little health issue over the past month or so, but it wasn't a big enough deal for an IRL doctor's appointment during COVID-19. I finally logged on and realized I could be on a Zoom call with a doctor within the hour! I made my appointment, had a video call, and had a prescription called in to my pharmacy all within an hour or so. Could it get any easier? Love how easy their website is to navigate and schedule appointments. I was even able to send over my insurance information via their portal rather than filling out forms or calling in. They do have physical offices you can visit (it's not totally virtual) if that's your thing, but even once social distancing orders are lifted, I think this is a great option for people who are busy or dealing with common/minor health issues that shouldn't really require a big trip to the doctor's office. I'm personally much more likely to deal with a doctor's appointment if I can skip the commute, parking, and waiting room!
