I selected an item from a table and took it to the counter, only to be told that it was there to hold other merchandise but was not half off the ticketed price. I was further informed that it did not have a dot on the tag. The signs on the tables read "Take 75 percent off." There is no mention of "dots" on sale merchandise. I found this deceptive and unprofessional.

There was a good selection of products, although I was after a few very specific items, which I did not find. I wanted thick flat metal wire, which I have seen at other locations, but did not find here. I also wanted a large gold arched frame, but it seems that most of the photo frames in stock are small to medium in size. Overall, this store has plenty of items to look through, and has all the usual sales you can expect at Hobby lobby! The customer service is exceptional, as always, plenty of staff around, and they are all happy to assist. I'm so thankful this story exist in Columbus, as a new resident! I will definitely become a regular here in no time!!
