Just recently I purchased an item and it did not fit I'm my home. I brought it back in 7 days but was told there are no returns here. No one has ever mentioned this and I have returned an item in the past which the person told me that that it never happened (it did). When the employee told me there are no returns , she pointed at a sign just right of the counter which is behind other items for sale (unable to see). Actually I was going to exchange it for something else but was told "NO". I can buy these items that I need on Amazon and will from now on. Delivered to my door for the convenience.

Their decor is always stunning, and it is difficult not to buy everything you see in here. Prices range, and some product can seem excessive but is well balanced with some great deals and a clearance section with some awesome finds in it. Their candles are amazing as well, and are so delicious, fragrant, and great prices for the size and quality. I love stopping by here to see their new seasonal decor, and will continue to in the future!

I'll call in the morning and ask for a designer's choice bouquet to be delivered. They always arrive in a matter of a few hours and always to my mom's delight. There was a good selection of products, although I was after a few very specific items, which I did not find. I wanted thick flat metal wire, which I have seen at other locations, but did not find here. I also wanted a large gold arched frame, but it seems that most of the photo frames in stock are small to medium in size. Overall, this store has plenty of items to look through, and has all the usual sales you can expect at Hobby lobby! The customer service is exceptional, as always, plenty of staff around, and they are all happy to assist. I'm so thankful this story exist in Columbus, as a new resident! I will definitely become a regular here in no time!!

I have visited Lee Douglas designs twice in the last six weeks looking for a cabinet for my living…read moreroom. Both times people in the store completely ignored me until I indicated I wanted to make a purchase. I purchased a cabinet for $2300 a week ago and again I had to go and ask for help. Behavior like this I could understand if they were busy but I was the only one in there. I needed to have the item delivered so $110.00 later delivery was scheduled. My cabinet was delivered on time by two very courteous men. I haven't heard anything from the sales person to see if everything was correct. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone nor will I be shopping there in the future.

Lee Douglas Interiors memorialized our request and selection in writing with the 'granite' product in our 'Countertop Selections'. Instead, marble countertops were installed, contrary to our request for granite selection due to an apparent incorrect identified countertop product. Being in the design business, Lee Douglas Interiors have the expertise to identify the difference between granite and marble. We attempted to discuss the issues with Lee Douglas Interiors to no avail.

So we bypassed it and went into The Loft around the corner! (Read my review on The Loft. An amazing place that I just want to soak in!) At the Loft we were referred to Lee Douglas, "if you love us, step next door to our sister company and be amazed". So we walked around the corner and into an amazingly well set up space. Usually furniture stores are wide open spaces with scads of couches, chairs etc that one has to pull their creativity together. At Lee Douglas they stage furniture that provides a homey comfort feel. The furniture is beautiful and unique. Clients do have the opportunity to customize with the wide variety of fabrics, colors and they have wallpaper. The real gem is with Brenda!! She was fabulous!! She has a warm greeting meeting us as we walked in. Asked great questions and shared some wonderful guidance. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is that we haven't actually purchased anything yet to assess the quality after some use. However I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next piece from them!
