The moment you step into his store you are family. My brother always will direct you to the best decision for your money and even is interested in and will give you his personal advice with any home project you are working on, as if he were doing it himself. The selection of the usual items is off the chart, thn you add in clothing, groceries, furniture, and who knows what else and its a pretty epic experience. Now I'm probably not buying my underwear or a recliner here but I guess it's good to know that I could??? And apparently enough people must. I've been taking my chainsaw chains to Ace for a couple years now for sharpening. This last time, I asked if they still had the guy in Battle Creek sharpening them and was told "we never send them out, we sharpen them here at the store". The kid at the front counter also didn't want me talking to the guy at the back counter because 'he is busy'. I put my name, phone number, and how many chains I was dropping off on a tag and the kid wrapped the tag around the chains. After about 3 weeks I finally called to see what was going on, yup, my chains were done. No one EVER calls back. I'll be taking my chains to Bomgaars for sharpening from now one. This whole town sucks. Ace just adds to the pile of crap that this town consists of.
