Anyway I was able to be seen within the hour. Dr. Seaver was able to save the day with a new post put in and using the same crown, was able to restore my smile. When it's a front tooth it is an emergency to me. They are all wonderful people that work here and reasonably priced too.

I was not contacted about this apt and because of her mistake I was dismissed from her dentist office and all my future appointments were taken away. I have Medicaid and it's about impossible to find a dentist that accepts it in Bristol and even the ones several miles away which is only two are not accepting new patients. I think it's very unprofessional. The secretary is very rude and because of her mistake I do not have a dentist. But besides that you should not be taken off the list completely for your other scheduled appts that are made a year in advance. I'm giving her one star only because I have to give her one. I would give a minus ten stars if possible.

I needed a root canal and had $2,000 in my dental insurance account. Before the work was started I…read moreasked the front office to verify my coverage which I observed her do while I was in the waiting room. I was handed back my card and told my coverage was verified. As they stated that payment was needed before the root canal was performed, I was told to put it on a credit card and get reimbursement from my insurance. I then proceeded to have the work done. As the reimbursement did not arrive after a considerable amount of time I contacted Dr. Bergmans office to see if they had received the payment. I was then informed that they do not take any insurance in their practice, it's cash only. I was stunned and asked why they didn't inform me of this at the time when I was asking for insurance verification prior to the procedure as I made it quite clear that I intended to use my funds from my plan. I would have gone elsewhere of course. The front office receptionist simply continued to state that they didn't accept any insurance and that was that. Now I understood why they insisted I put it on a credit card. A few days later I called the office and asked to speak to Dr Bergman. I explained what had transpired and asked that he would in the very least refund a portion of my $2,000. He refused. I'm a senior living on social security and this was an incredible financial crisis for me. I don't have any complaints regarding the work done but feel I was blatantly mislead and lied to for my business. Shame on Dr. Bergman. It's hard to imagine that this office is so greedy and heartless.
