The lady at the desk said the work was approved for coverage under my insurance. So I agreed to the work on my non-problematic crown. In short, the work did not go well at all. And once it was completed, the girl proudly declared that I owed them money as my insurance did not cover it. Although the new crown does not fit well and now my mouth is misaligned, the incompetence demonstrated throughout the practice, both in the chair and front desk, leads me to not return, let alone recommend this practice. They seem to be nice people but that is the extent of their benefit. I have been to many dentists over my 71 years and this was hands down the worst experience.

Before appointments I would ask how much it would cost and yet when it was time to pay it was always way more than what they said. They also would never tell me what they were even doing to my teeth! They would just say they're working on whatever tooth that day. They wouldn't say what "work" they're doing. I had my X-rays done at a previous place and I was told I had 1 maybe 2 cavities, yet at dr nunleys all of a sudden I have 11 teeth that need work? That's $2000+ worth of work by the way. I also had to reschedule an appointment at one point and yet when I showed up for the rescheduled appointment they told me the appointment had never been made and blamed me for it? How hard is it to actually put an appointment in the system? And why did they blame me and make no effort to make it up to me? They offered to schedule another appointment for me THREE months away.
