The facility is clearly used for other sports and activities- it's large, a big dome, so is probably pretty flexible. I hear they used to have state wrestling tournaments here. Staff are helpful. Bathrooms are easy to find. There's a food stand. Parking isn't great- big lots, but far away. You can't even really drop someone off close to the door. But, as part of the sports complex with the football stadium, it works okay.

At the beginning of the year, my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and the school seemed reluctant to do an IEP or accept the diagnosis. I decided to move her to the local public school which seems to have many more resources and programs to help kids succeed at learning. I would say that this school is probably best suited for families whose faith comes first in their lives and whose kids don't need extra resources and help with learning. It's not a bad school, it just ended up being a bad fit for me and my daughter.

Ms. Sam and Ms. Shelly are very warm and inviting to our children and open with he parents about what is going on in the school. Our children especially love the summer program put on by the entire staff which is in a word 'Epic'. Our children are sure challenged and the use of the Tadpoles system keeps up in constant contact with the teachers at the school and our children's progress. This is definitely a "school" as opposed to a daycare, when we moved our children here we saw and almost immediate difference in their vocabulary and skills. The parents are also very involved at the school which is a huge plus for us as it show a more community effect for which we are thankful for. If you so choose to enroll your children at the Worthington Goddard I believe that you will be happy that you did. The cost is only slightly more than we paid before but is well worth the value that you get when it comes to your child's education. CCA is her fourth school (all private, for comparison), and without question, it has been the best educational experience we have had. While my daughter has always been a good student, she has truly blossomed at CCA. She loves coming to school each day and is genuinely excited about what she is learning. At her previous schools, she often couldn't tell me what she learned--or simply wasn't interested--but at CCA, she gets in the car and immediately starts sharing historical and scientific facts, explaining the plot of classic books, or proudly talking about how quickly she can complete multiplication and division. The curriculum is engaging, thoughtfully taught, and clearly effective. Just as importantly, the school culture has been a breath of fresh air. At her previous school, I noticed a concerning shift in her attitude due to peer influence. At CCA, students are intentionally taught strong moral values, and it shows--students treat one another and the staff with respect. The faculty is supportive, engaged, and clearly invested in both academic excellence and character development. We are incredibly grateful to have found CCA and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a school that prioritizes both learning and character.
