I have taken almost all the Health and Safety Trainings that they offer-I have enjoyed the small class size as well as how each instructor makes sure the participants know the material and feel comfortable using the techniques used in the class. My son has taken the Little Surfers Fit Board Fusion class-the teacher is patient and takes the time to give him individual attention. Each week he is excited to come home and tell us what positions he has done on the "surf" board! Last year my son took an art enrichment class through the center. I was amazed at the qualifications of the art instructor for a child's art class! He came home with so much knowledge about famous artists. We are looking forward to receiving their class schedule this fall! This year we plan to enroll in the parenting class, private music lessons as well as the gardening seminars.

I really wanted to like these guys, but they kept our computer for over a month (with several calls…read more- some returned in a timely way and others ignored) and when they finally diagnosed the problem as being basically unfixable - we asked them to put it back the way they found it. The head guy ended up having to fix it after one of the junior guys put it back together wrong - in doing that he found the problem and fixed it (so the diagnosis was wrong). Still got charged for the diagnosis - but offered free data transfer. We didn't take it - but we got the computer home and the battery was not working at all! There was obviously something that wasn't put back together right. More calls, no response. Update 2018: apparently under new management so I can't speak to the current owners. Never went back.

My laptop stopped turning on, so I took it to BRM to see what the problem was (on Thursday). Saturday came and went, so I called and left a voicemail on Wednesday. No response. Called and left a voicemail on Friday. No response. Called on Saturday and left another voicemail and texted the number and finally had my call returned by the owner with an update on my computer, but no price estimates or any real information. He said that they were looking for a replacement part, so I gave them a few days and then called on Wednesday (almost 2 weeks after I dropped off my computer) for an update and left a voicemail. No response...what a surprise. Finally, today (Friday), I called and left another message and texted and was contacted by the owner again, this time with some estimates, but no leads on a replacement part yet. I don't blame them for not being to find a part, but I was upset by the poor customer service and lack of communication, so I decided to pick up my laptop and take my service elsewhere. However, the owner was very understanding and did waive the diagnostic fee, which I appreciate greatly. In general, everyone who I met or spoke to was very nice, but it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone and there was a serious lack of communication. If the part had been available to fix my laptop, I'm sure they would have done the repairs well, but their customer communication needs some work.

Parking: This gym has tons of parking, I don't see parking…read moreever being an issue. Desk Staff: Walked inside and asked for guest pass, the worker at the desk was very friendly. I mentioned I was touring gyms trying to find something better than where I currently go. I filled out a guest form, very basic, then was granted access to workout. When I left, I stopped by the desk to talk, I could've talked to them all day, wry friendly staff. Locker Rooms: At the front desk they give you a free key with a locker number on it, to access a locker while you're working out. The locker room was large and had many lockers. The restrooms were decent and the sinks were okay. There is a sauna which is nice. Only negative was the open group shower, no privacy. Ambiance: This gym seemed to have all the essential Equipment for a great workout, but all equipment seemed dirty and old. I did also notice this gym has an indoor pool, walking track, massage therapist, and tanning beds. Lots of potential, but definitely in need of a fresh renovation.

This is a very outdated gym with a pool and sauna. Locker rooms are decent. Showers look clean. The equipment looks pretty old. When walking into the actual weight room/gym area before I even find a piece of equipment I want to work on, we got people slamming weights and yelling. Immediately walked out. Just not the gym for me.

The only things was that he kept breaking for me and he was a little passive aggressive at some bits, but he was a solid instructor. My 2nd instructor was Melanie, she was very nice and we connected really well. She reminded me of my aunt! She did yell at me at all, even when I made a major mistake. Lastly is Rachel. Rachel is kindest soul ever and I was glad to have her for my last in-car. She really helped me with maneuverability and we connected really well! You are lucky to have any of these people, but if you have Rachel you are especially lucky!
