At the beginning of the year, my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and the school seemed reluctant to do an IEP or accept the diagnosis. I decided to move her to the local public school which seems to have many more resources and programs to help kids succeed at learning. I would say that this school is probably best suited for families whose faith comes first in their lives and whose kids don't need extra resources and help with learning. It's not a bad school, it just ended up being a bad fit for me and my daughter.

The teachers always leave detailed plans for the day, and I never feel awkward asking a fellow teacher, or student, if further clarification is needed. This district still offers a good selection of elective classes, especially at the high school level. I'm an avid proponent for electives - gives the kids a chance to decompress, and use their creative mind. And, besides, driving up here is a breeze - I'm going against rush hour traffic!

Have to wake up early and get home pretty late. Food: 1/5 If Gordon Ramsey sent his kids here, they'd make them home schooled. Sports: 5/5 If Lebron James came here, he'd love it. Football team is great. Lacrosse team is pretty good. Basketball is very team-based. Awesome. Clubs: 2/5 They got rid of a bunch of them.
