My pain is from muscle and nerve issues, and I knew I needed a team that truly understood that. Enter One Agora--my fourth attempt at finding real relief, and I can finally say I'm in the right place! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and truly heard. Chad, you are absolutely amazing! (I could cry tears of joy!) Your knowledge, your stretching techniques--just incredible. I went from an 8/10 pain level to a 2, and sometimes even PAIN-FREE! I LOVE the SoftWave therapy and decompression bed--if only I had known about these a year ago! Dr. Meaghan, you are a WIN! Your help with inflammation and pain shots has been a game-changer. Dr. Heidi, thank you for helping me with gut issues! After all the ibuprofen I've taken over the past year, I know my body needed this reset. I'm already feeling improvement. And to the front desk team--thank you for your smiles, kindness, and welcoming energy. Walking through your doors is always a bright spot in my day! A million thanks for being part of my healing journey and helping me become pain-free. I have the right team in place now, and I will 100% send people your way. You all are truly life-changing!

When I talked to someone on the phone they said they would speak to the doctor there and get back to me soon. Three hours later and I still hadn't received a call. When I called back they said they had told me in the first call that I can come in pick up some cream they had set aside for me, and that's why they didn't call back. (How am I supposed to drive when I can't even see.) I told them they told me about the cream before I had sent new pictures about my reaction and how it's gotten worse. They then put me on hold and later told me this reaction is "completely normal." I had gotten micro needling done here before and this was not my reaction. This is different. I don't blame the aesthetician for my reaction. I think it may have been the aftercare treatment they gave me. I don't remember getting it the first time I had it done. The way they are handling things is what makes me frustrated. This definitely does not seem normal. This is an allergic reaction. And if this is normal and this is the kind of care they give to their patients, I would look to go somewhere else for micro needling. Also, I never received my full refund and they tries taking down my review on google to their stars go up. (very shady and unprofessional) So I'm posting on other platforms to make sure people are aware of what kind of clinic they are going to.

Coming into the Beauty Bash you can already tell Arijai Aesthetics and Wellness have a well known presence in the Twin Cities community. I arrived 15mins after the event started and the place was packed with old patients, new patients and soon to be future patients. With skin care demos going on and the buzz of everyone excited to see the great services Arijai has to offer. It's hard not to get excited. This office offers surgical and non-surgical cosmetic services with Dr. Chris Balgobin- ·He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery ·Fellow of Board Certification in Anti-aging & Rejuvenation Medicine. ·Licensed in 3 states- Minnesota, Florida and California ·Has worked closely with Dr. Miami for the past 3 years. At Arijai they really try to treat their patients with a personal approach not making them feel like they are just a number and from the testimonials I received from patients it definitely shows that they are doing something right at Arijai. I heard stories of transformation in confidence to how much the patients absolutely love the staff and the procedures they have had done. What is really nice is that they are able to do surgical procedures right there in office. Arijai Aesthetics and Wellness is an Accredited Surgical Facilty they do procedures such as liposuction to fat transfers. They have a staff of licensed nurses & LPN's for when you are finished with your procedure. The aesthetics side is wonderful too. I spoke with a representative from SkinPen her name was Haley she was able to give me some great information about the SkinPen which is a microneedling device for acne scars or discoloration. I also met Andrea who was so sweet and told me all about Salt Facial which is a skin renewal treatment that is a alternative to peels- it's less abrasive. I was able to see what kind of damage I have done to my skin with SkinCeuticals. The rep was able to tell me and recommend what would be a great fit for my skin and the best part is that I was able to see everything she saw and know what she was talking about while she was looking at my skin. All the staff is very knowledgeable about all the products and services that is offered. If I ever need aesthetics done I know where to look now!

All my favorites end up leaving and I've been a member for over a year. Only go to Chris if you want to be in pain. I actually hurt more from my massage than I did before. I had asked for relaxation and all I got was elbow massaging with rough movements. Unfortunately I'm more stiff and sore after which has never happened to me and I've had deep tissue. It's so hard to find a therapist there because the desk says everyone is good, but I've yet to be impressed with my last 3 massages.

Caveat Emptor…read more Scheduled a massage to relieve some back pain. Massage was average compared to past massages, there are better places for the same price not far away. Store and staff appearance wasn't great. You can hear people talking in other rooms, the staff all wear black clothes that should have been replaced 6 months ago, and everywhere you look there are marketing materials trying to sell you into their membership program (one or two signs should be sufficient; a TV, photo books, posters, and table tents at every turn is overkill and annoying). After the session I was suckered on the great pricing of the membership and how much I would save by paying upfront for a massage each month. Since I was planning on massages for the next few months, I thought it made sense so I signed up. The only problem is that they don't tell you the terms and conditions and since they take up the entire back of the contract I didn't spend 10 minutes reading them before signing. They knew I was only going to use it for a few months, thanks for the heads-up! The only way to cancel is to buy a new house 30 miles away, die, or by surviving a face first fall out of a 4th story window making it impossible to receive facials or back massages. I called the next month to let them know how deceived I felt, but their response: "you signed the contract, it's all laid out in the contract". I'd been had! After a few months, I tried the facial. This was also average compared to other salons. The team is clearly coached to sell product. Before, during, and after the facial they push product. Hard. Makes it hard to relax when you're constantly saying "let's see how it works first". I'm now at the end of my 12 month contract and I've submitted my official request to cancel along with some choice words regarding my experiences. Massage Retreat's response: "I'm sorry you feel that way". Oh, and another disappointment - They can change prices with just a 14 day notice, but since you're required to give a 30 day cancellation notice, you have no choice but to pay the new rate. They just did it to me and that seems dirty. Based on the lack of empathy, car salesman mentality, customer disservice, deceptive selling, and disappointing experiences the past 12 months, I will not be returning to any massage retreat and I recommend you steer clear as well. They churn and burn customers and are just fine with that model. Go someplace else for a better experience at the same price.

I was a client at Waters Edge for almost two years. I really loved it for the first year, and…read moredidn't really have anything bad to say about it. I did the adult ED IOP for a few months, saw an therapist and dietitian, and even saw a medication management provider. I LOVED my therapist and dietitian. They were such great fits for me, which I was not expecting because I have been through so many providers historically that were not great fits. However, after one year, everything changed. My therapist was randomly dropped off the face of the earth, and out of nowhere I got a phone call saying "sorry your therapist doesn't work here anymore." Then, I was assigned another random therapist who just happen to have an opening. Shortly after, several other providers also dropped off the face of the earth at waters edge... and out of nowhere patients were all without providers. Patients who already have trust issues, were given no closure with the provider they had built trust with, when the owner of waters edge could have at least allowed providers to explain they would no longer be working for waters edge. That aside, I also was really frustrated with the financial department. I am so blessed with great health insurance. Therefore, I only had a $20.00 copayments each visit. I was pretty good about making my copayments at the time of service. However, there were a few weeks I would forget- sometimes even a couple weeks in a row. And, at one point, I had $40.00 outstanding (two copayments), and Kristy called me several times to threaten "placing my account on hold, which meant cancelling my current standing appointments and not allowing me to be seen, until the balance was paid in full." It was $40.00!!!!! TWO VISITS! I simply forgot... and, I explained this to Kristy. Therefore, I was so frustrated that she would call me more than once, and over such a small amount of money. I feel guilty posting negative things, because as I explained- when I was seeing my original providers, everything was great! I sung praises about waters edge and was more than willing to make the commute to Burnsville. However, things dramatically changed over the last few months I was a client there.
