The process was painless, easy, and my skin looks AND feels so incredible. Tracey walked me through the process and the science behind this quick and easy treatment. I cannot stress enough how relaxed and at ease the process was. Upon arriving I was tucked into my cozy treatment bed. This bed was a huge perk, comfy blankets, and it's adjusted for comfort by remote (Tracey took care of that). I have been to quite a few Med Spas in the Twin Cities, and they all have differing opinions and recommendations on my skin. Tracey by far provided the most gracious and well rounded advice. She immediately assessed my skin, and did not inflate or exaggerate areas of improvement. I had such a great experience that I decided to sign up for their monthly membership. Which is a great way to save on ongoing facials, injections, products, etc. It's taken years, but I finally found a medspa that I can feel comfortable at! The good: easy scheduling The better: beautiful and comfortable setting The best: top notch owners who do not up-sell or pressure. These are the experts and I feel lucky to have found them. They both have years of experience and expertise & are constantly developing their tool kit, even pioneering many treatments such as SkinPen! I'll post an update upon my next procedure. I was going here for well over 2 years and it was always a difficult task to get in and to make appointments ahead of time for the week. You have to make them two or three weeks ahead of time and I don't always know my schedule ahead of time. Saturday mornings worked best for me and he wouldn't give me those timeslots as I wasn't a "new customer". He saved those for the new customers. He kept my money also. I used to like coming there until it felt disrespectful of my time and a little bit creepy. A lot of arrogance with him and his scheduling and he is not accommodating to existing customers, and he certainly is not good at Customer Service. I absolutely would not give this person your money and I would run as fast as I can. Slimgivity is a great concept, you can find other areas in the cities that will accommodate the Red Light Therapy with the wrapping of your body the targets difficult spots that hold fat. I haven't been for a few years. I can finally write a review that is true and justified. Eric blocked me from all social media initially and immediately as he knew I was going to write a review. He still owes me $110 as he wouldn't reimburse me when I could not get in for appointments. I had pretty much had it with him and his lack of customer service and I told him exactly that. Patti helped me to understand the entire Microcurrent session and hooked me to the Microcurrent device. Initially it was mild and within couple of minutes Patti slowly increased the Microcurrent. When it was mild I didn't feel anything when it increased I started feeling the "tightening" sensation around my tummy. But there was no pain or discomfort at all. The entire procedure took little over 30 minutes, Patti measured my tummy size and it reduced half an inch. I didn't have lot of tummy fat but I had loose muscle, Microcurrent toned that muscle. I did the adult ED IOP for a few months, saw an therapist and dietitian, and even saw a medication management provider. I LOVED my therapist and dietitian. They were such great fits for me, which I was not expecting because I have been through so many providers historically that were not great fits. However, after one year, everything changed. My therapist was randomly dropped off the face of the earth, and out of nowhere I got a phone call saying "sorry your therapist doesn't work here anymore." Then, I was assigned another random therapist who just happen to have an opening. Shortly after, several other providers also dropped off the face of the earth at waters edge... and out of nowhere patients were all without providers. Patients who already have trust issues, were given no closure with the provider they had built trust with, when the owner of waters edge could have at least allowed providers to explain they would no longer be working for waters edge. That aside, I also was really frustrated with the financial department. I am so blessed with great health insurance. Therefore, I only had a $20.00 copayments each visit. I was pretty good about making my copayments at the time of service. However, there were a few weeks I would forget- sometimes even a couple weeks in a row. And, at one point, I had $40.00 outstanding (two copayments), and Kristy called me several times to threaten "placing my account on hold, which meant cancelling my current standing appointments and not allowing me to be seen, until the balance was paid in full." It was $40.00!!!!! TWO VISITS! I simply forgot... and, I explained this to Kristy. Therefore, I was so frustrated that she would call me more than once, and over such a small amount of money. I feel guilty posting negative things, because as I explained- when I was seeing my original providers, everything was great! I sung praises about waters edge and was more than willing to make the commute to Burnsville. However, things dramatically changed over the last few months I was a client there.
