The management is friendly and seems to care about their residents but I imagine they too have little control over the chef and meal plans, or the upkeep of the interior of the building. It is very outdated and needs a facelift, so in comparison to many of the other retirement residences in the area, it is falling short. I would not want my aging parents living there hence the two stars. There are better options.

I want to thank by name Brad, Andrew, Mandy, Veronica, Gisele and all the staff. He was so loved. It made my heart happy to see all the love that he received. Thank you for the bottom of my heart. As a family we did have a problem with the management. Three days before my dad passed. They came into my dads palliative room to announce he was rallying. They were moving him back to his regular room. They would put him in a wheel chair for one person to see an hour a day. Again he died 3 days later. We had to call his doctor who was shocked. The staff were shocked! The doctor always has the last word so he stayed where should have been. It was a horrible day for a family that was already grieving. Leanne Brager the assistant manager of clinical services should not be dealing with the elderly or with their families. I believe she was the person who wanted my dad out of the palliative room. She did not care about his needs or mental health before he got sick. Taking away things that made him comfortable and happy. One star for management. Five star for staff, LPN`s

Would not recommend this place; my mother was in here during Covid so we were not allowed in to…read morevisit. Once Covid was over and we were able to come in we found that all her valuable jewellery was missing. The office manager said there was nothing they could do about this despite the fact that some of the jewellery was left at the admissions desk for safekeeping. There was also a time when we were not notified when she fell and was taken to hospital.
