My experience with this company had sold my business equiptment that they could not keep running…read more they sold one spinner unit for $6000 that they have yet to make right. They installed a pressure washer and worked on it attempting to fix it. they wired around all of the safety switches so no body else would work on it at this time. Before you would buy soap from them you might look around because they water their soap down and charge twice as much as you can purchase it any where else. If you buy parts from these people they mark their parts up 100%. Their alluminum brightner in the concentrated form is also watered down. This fly by night company should not even be in business. steer clear!

Is it possible to give negative stars?! I reached out to…read morethis store regard the quality of item I received for $75! Total ripoff! According to my in-laws (recipients), "it looked like it had been in the guy's car all day shifting around and melting." Gross! Warm cheesecake!!! Anyway I haven't received a response even though I have emailed multiple times. So when I went back to my emails to get proof of my original request I realized they CLOSED my original request WITHOUT ever contacting me! So I created a new complaint asking to be reimbursed somewhat for the terrible product I received and they did the same thing again, they CLOSED my request WITHOUT ever contacting me! Recently I've started to send edible arrangements over flowers because they seem to be more reliable. When I send them to my parents in Chesterfield, MO I have no issues, and I have received arrangements in Overland Park, KS with no issues. However this particular location in Wichita, KS is absolutely terrible! This is the second time they have messed up an order and now that they just ignore me! I will not be spending $75 with them again! I advise you to take your money elsewhere. Unbelievable!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've had photos developed by them and the results are spectacular. We ordered prints from my daughter's wedding from the professional photographer who shot the event to assure high quality. We paid $300 for those prints and they were quite good. However, we found additional photos from the wedding that we needed to be quickly printed. so we sent them to Picture Perfect (Central location) They were avalable the same day. More importantly, they were better quality than those we ordered from the photographer. Absolutely impressive!

The order process over the phone went smoothly. The girl on the phone was courteous taking my…read moreorder. The problem was when I requested that they use a cell phone and snap a photo of the completed arrangement and send it to my cell phone. I requested this because it is the first time I have used their services. I have had some bad arrangements in the past (other businesses) that were cheapened and made smaller, or the designer used a lot of cheap fillers. Apparently, they don't want to show me the arrangement that I paid for - for some reason. They put me on hold for 5 minutes and then said the boss was out. They wanted to charge me $5.00 for a cell phone picture, which is ridiculous from all angles! I am not purchasing a photo to use in a business, I AM wanting to see the results of what I already paid for! Their business is not selling "stock photos". And a cell phone photo is not stock photo quality! I asked again for a photo of the arrangement I paid for, and the girl on the phone said she doesn't have time for me, then hung up on me. I can think of a couple of reasons this type of business would NOT want to send me a photo of the arrangement I ordered. One main reason, it doesn't look like the one on the website (I was told over the phone that they had all the right flowers to create that exact arrangement). I made it clear that I was OK with substitutions as long as they followed the original design shape and substance. Another possible reason, they used cheaper items to fill the order and a lot of cheap filler. They really fought me over this! This attempt to block me from seeing the arrangement was to clearly intentional. I usually try to order from reputable florists with a good reputation. This is my first time ordering from this business. I really wanted a photo so I can see their work and give an honest review. All I can say is "Buyer Beware" on this company. You don't know what you are getting and they aren't willing to show you.
