My system is from 2010, and I was not looking for an upsell on the unit. I sent him a couple of pictures, and he stated that he had a couple of the pulleys in stock. He had Melissa (A very friendly and knowledgeable lady) call me to provide the cost breakdown. The service price was a standard $230 (everyone else I called was in the same range), but the parts cost is what won my business, only costing $30 per pulley. All the other companies were charging between $130 and $180 for the part; some others even stated it could take a week to replace the pulleys. As I mentioned earlier, with the gate being down, time is crucial, and this is where the company earns such a great review. They were able to get Nick over the property within the hour. Nick knows what he is doing; the unit looks clean. I felt comfortable going back to work and letting him complete the repair. Thank you to all three people who made this situation easy to deal with at such a great price. I look forward to having you do a yearly inspection on my gate from now on.

They repaired this but then decided not to tell my HOA about a small crack at the top of the retaining wall and instead painted the whole top of the retaining wall with a latex material. The retaining wall is stucco and should have been first brought to the attention of the HOA since it was outside of the SOW and then it should have been repaired with a stucco patch not this non stucco laytex material. The company first denied even painting the retaining wall with anything Then after my managment company called them to Inquire about it, the owner came and said they did it and that they won't be coming back at all to remove and fix with the proper material. We then had to have Protech ( our maint company) come and do the repairs. This is so unprofessional of California Construction Concepts to handle this matter in such a way. It cost more to have Protech come and fix what California Construction Concepts did. WOULD BEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

The emergency sensors worked in reverse "if they were tripped the door would close. The door is falling apart! I have never installed a garage door opener in my life and fixed their screw-up.
