This was an awesome find!! It's like a huge food hall with…read moredifferent local foods. One of the main dishes I found is different toasts with toppers. It's easy to walk around and find literally anything for anyone to eat! This is a good lovers dream!

I feel it's important to share my disappointing experience in Torvehallerne at Omegn & Venner…read moreDuring our meal, our belongings were stolen, which severely affected our overall experience. Alarmingly, the staff seemed familiar with the thief/theft, even conversing with him in Roma, and appeared more upset with us for expressing our distress than with the situation itself. To make matters worse, the chef was confrontational and lacked empathy. If my customers were robbed in my establishment, I would be deeply embarrassed and would prioritize assisting them instead of responding aggressively. I was unable to pay for our meal because my device was taken, yet the restaurant insisted on charging us the full price, which we observed another patron pay. They did not contact the police or report the theft. Instead of providing assistance, we were asked to leave while the thief was allowed to walk away, despite three witnesses confirming he was the one responsible. Afterward, we approached the police, who informed us that such treatment of customers is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns. I strongly advise potential diners to reconsider their choice of restaurant. While the food may be enjoyable, the treatment of customers left much to be desired.

Omg, these savory hottoek were SO good. Never seen these in Korea or California, just had the…read moretraditional sweet ones in the past. Cute and casual ambiance with a mini photo booth where you can stick your photo onto their wall. Fun atmosphere with the latest kpop hits blasting (hello New Jeans, Le Sserafim, & ILLIT)! Not much seating, just a bench so more of a grab and go spot. Woman helping us was kind and patient as we decided what we wanted, could watch her make our food. Good service. Highly recommend for a quick/small lunch or snack.

(Don't know why this business was not merged to Seedhoddeok since I reviewed it first on…read more5/16/2015.) It took a while, but Korean food finally seems to be gaining ground in Denmark. Kopan seems to have given the greatest push this year with their food cart serving sweet and savoury pancakes. Their old name, seed hoddeok, refers to deep-fried dough which is flattened and opened to make a pocket, then stuffed with seeds and honey/brown sugar. I tried a sample of it and the dough is tender and slightly chewy inside with a nice crispy crust. I ordered rice cakes mixed with fish cakes (tteokbokki) for 45kr and the rice cakes were especially good with a slight crisp on the outside. They were only a little spicy to me, but tasted great. It is a small but very filling dish as the rice cakes are very compact. I also got a marinated grilled beef (bulgogi) pancake for 50kr. It was very morseish with onions and potato starch noodles (japchae) and the freshly fried dough was even better than the sample of the seed pancake. This is a great place to stop by when you need a substantial snack or just want to try some authentic Korean street food.
