This place doesn't deserve 2 stars !!! Customer service - 5/5 the man and women working were super cool and chill. The women got us our suorin pods quickly and they were only *6.50* each. Which was the cheapest price we found in town ! My friend also ended up with a new 50 nic juice bottle , which tasted and smelled soooo good . Selection - 4/5 I can see how some people may not find what they are looking for here . But if you have a simple buy in mind, or just want some cool stuff , I think this is just the place . Atmosphere- 5/5 Although the place is really small, the people just make the place feel so good ! When you walk in there's a glass counter that lines the left with all the pieces and juices above . It was pretty cool and empty when we first came in so we really got to talk to the employees and check everything out . Will for sure be returning !!! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars i would! Me and my girlfriend came into this shop and from the get go the weird al yankovick look a like was a nothing but rude and aggressive and the girl sitting next him was more interested in eating her lunch then helping us. We asked if we could taste the flavors and he immediately got an attitude and stated he could explain the taste. Ummmm....no. A true vape shop would let you taste the flavors. If someone knows who i can call to speak to an owner please let me know. I called back after we left to ask Weird Al the owners or managers info and he was so rude saying we don't give that info out and threatened to call the cops on us. Good place if you want Kratom but online is best. Some of the employees are nice. Some are unfriendly, uninformed, and disinterested.

First off they don't have much but they got different accessories from the other places very unique. Service could be better but they only have 2 people working helping 4. Their flavors- I want to like them but I feel like the could taste better but not bad defiantly not the best. Great shop, super chill little spot with a wonderful selection. I went in for some coils because my normal spots coils wouldn't thread onto my tank for whatever reason, the fella in here let me try the coil on before purchase to make sure it would thread properly. I'm new to the vape world. I've had one for 3 weeks and the tank was leaking. So I came here to see what they could do. The one guy there was busy making vape juice and I was just standing there....and standing....and waiting....then I finally asked him if he could show me a better one that was not going to leak. He said give me a minute to finish what he was doing. Really?!?!?? I kept standing there for a bit longer, then I just left. They really need to work on customer service. There was a female working who while honest couldn't recommend me any flavoring a because she only likes the tobacco kind which I wanted away from. ive been vaping for years and this place has the best flavor selection hands down. Ive been all over Austin trying to get a vapor flavor i liked and they actually took the time and changed a receipt of one of there vapor's to suit my tastes which is berry blast, awesome flavor. don't pay attention to the other reviews that are negative, they are always busy so there can be a a line when you get there because they make everything from scratch on the spot, not like some of the bigger guys that buy all there stuff and its already premixed. read more

First I completely over paid for a kanger pro tank. Then it leaked like crazy and their best advice was to just buy a new one. So I found another shop. I made the big mistake of giving them another chance. They sold me the wrong product even after I questioned it. I had two employees assure me it was the right one. As I thought, it wasn't the right wick. What do they do? Say sorry there is nothing we can do. So if you are looking for a good vape shop go to AHH Vapor near down town. Been going here for over 2 years. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but the only complaint i have is the pricing. It could be a bit better. For example, juice prices...the 60 ml bottle is basically double the price of the 30ml, theres no incentive to buy bigger bottles. Its my opinion that the bigger bottle you buy you should get it for a dollar or two cheaper vs buying the smaller bottle, which would make people to wanna buy the bigger bottles. read more

A couple of months back I decided to begin vaping again after a couple of years of non vaping. I had a few questions regarding the flavors of liquids your company had to offer that were in comparison of other commercialized liquids. But during this experience the manager currently on duty seem to be irritated by my questions and vaguely reticulated me for my ignorance to The Vaping world. Now this is not my first time experiencing this ridicule from my lack of knowledge of vaping from this specific location and only this location. I just thought I would bring it to your that this type of customer service shouldn't be acceptable since it left me angry when I left and it seems to be due to the fact that The Vaping Community has become somewhat of a hipster community. I only had questions to further my knowledge but because of this experience I have ventured out to other vaping companies that made me feel that my business was wanted and accepted regardless of my ignorance to the field. read more

I stop in about once a week to buy e-liquid. Initially it was because they were close to where I work, but I was pleased to find that the staff is helpful and friendly and the e-liquid is of excellent quality. At this point most of the staff already knows what I'm going to get before I ask. Yeah, it gets busy at times and you may have to wait a little bit but they are making your e-liquid right there. If that's an issue for you then you can go buy the crap from the gas station. Personally, I've never had to wait that long at all, and the product is some of the best I've found so far in the couple of years I've been vaping. I like to see small businesses do well and will continue to support these guys. read more

WORST PLACE EVER. Iv come here to gr8 vapes and everything was gr8 until I started having constant trouble with my devices. They staff seems like they know what they are doing but that's really not the case. I'm not to familiarly with vaping so they recommended me this liquid that was a certain Mg that I needed for my device. Turns out the mg was way to high for my device. I had to get 1/4 of the mg from what I was already vaping with my old pen. I have the sub tank mini. Apparently I had to go 1/4 of what I was and they gave me only 1/2 I had bought $20 of e juice. ALL OF IT DOWN THE DRAIN. The hits were way to hot even when I turned the wattage down. My devices kept leaking and not working properly. I told the manager that their staff gave me the wrong juice and said she could do nothing about it. So I walked my happy *** out of their and went an exit down to vapor essentials. I told "tink" what had happened, after buying a new wick from vapor essentials, she gave me a free liquid, a free atomizer, and built a coil up for me in 5 minutes. Only spent $5 on a $25 purchase.
