While I did make a few design changes that understandably extended the timeline, the project began in February 2026, and as of July 9, 2026, my company hat and T-shirt order still had not been completed. I remained patient throughout the process and allowed additional time due to the design changes. However, when I asked for updates or questioned the ongoing delays, I felt my concerns were not handled in a respectful manner. What should have been a straightforward order turned into months of frustration. When the shirts finally arrived, the logos were crooked and off-center. After I brought the issue to Carmen's attention and explained that I was unhappy with both the quality of the shirts and how the order had been handled, he refused to correct the problem. Instead of remaking and replacing the defective shirts, Carmen became combative in his communication with me and canceled the remainder of my order, stating that he was concerned I might again claim the workmanship was not done correctly if he proceeded with a replacement order. Then he simply removed the hard drive and put it in an external bay for my laptop to retrieve the data. It worked because the hard was not damaged. It was the system that was corrupt. He went ahead to try to reinstall the system on a used hard drive he asked me to buy from him but failed. He said that the old bios would not allow him to use a bootable USB and he did not have a CD with him. He then told me to throw away the PC and would buy a used one off the lease from him. I did not. I told him that I would rather buy a new hard drive and he could take his used hard drive with him. Then he left. I wrote him a check for the service plus the used hard drive he was supposed to sell to me and could not change it. He then gave me a used external hard drive bay (no hard drive) as compensation. I then checked on eBay and the computer he told me to throw away was selling at $799 for a refurbished one. It was a full size intel 16 g, 1 t, HDMI, DVI, memory card reader, double layer DVD ... many expansion bays ...
