Bought tickets ahead of time and used the kiosk to print tickets so I did not have an interaction with the first person for buying tickets. I had a gift card for $20 and the price of the popcorn and pop was more than the gift card, so it wouldn't recognize the card. I tried to purchase the tickets using the gift card as well and the price of the tickets was over that of the gift card. I'm not sure what is wrong with the systems, but a gift card should go towards the purchase and not be invalid because it can't cover it. I did check the card and it indeed does have $20 on it so it is valid. Disappointed that this can't be used like other gift cards. The staff for popcorn was friendly. Walking into a lite theater seemed harmless, but while searching for seats it was quite interesting. Those seats in theater 5 (and maybe others) were so worn and down to threads that was once the pleather recliners. It was absolutely a shame to see these seats in such rough conditions. It really gives the overall feel of the theater itself a bad look. If you have lived in Jackson all of your life, you will also recognize that the bathrooms haven't had any sort of facelift or fresh look in over 20 + years. Its a real shame that the last location for movies in this town is so run down. I forecast streaming will take over this location. read more

I'm really disappointed that this is what we have for a movie theater here. In December we wanted to see Dream Scenario and The Boy and the Heron. None of them were there. Instead they just had movies that had been there since October. And can we talk about why Wonka is STILL in theaters? It's already out in streaming services and has been for like 3 weeks now and our terrible theater here in Jackson still has it in. read more

This cozy theater was a very good spot to see a new-release movie. The location in the Jackson Crossing complex was rather convenient. The only issue was that, while intimate, it could get a bit crowded. We were there on a Friday night when attendance was stout. There was not a lot of room to maneuver to get our popcorn, etc. before heading into the theater. Once in and seated, however, we were comfortable and enjoyed the experience. The other side to the coin concerning the size of the complex was that it was a quick exit and an easy walk to the car at the end of the show. Overall, I would be happy to see another movie there if given the opportunity. I also saw they had vintage film nights, which sounded like fun. Maybe that will be the next chance to patronize this place. read more

Went there to go watch the new Batman movie, and apparently you have to be over the age of 16 after 6pm. 6!!! Really. This "rule" gives me more brain damage then if i got shot in the head by a 44. Terrible place. Walked in sketchy outside holes in the walls. Parental figure had bought the tickets prior. Asked for ID like we were going to Guantanamo bay. Shittiest place in Jackson ever. read more

I went to meet a friend for a movie. The theater is just past beside the Jackson Crossing mall. When entering the theater the line is directly at the front on entering through the door. . The line was long. I could tell that this was an older theater while entering. i went to the counter to get some popcorn. They are VERY slow. It took 15 minutes while in the back of 2 people to get some popcorn. We than entered the theater. Regular old seats. I guess I am spoiled and use to the theaters with recliners. This theater did not have those. The screen and sound were ok. I also found that they have guards in the theater. I was turning my phone down and the guard rushed to me and asked me to close my phone. Uhhhh, Dude......I am turning the volume down. Wow. It must get pretty rowdy here. It was ok. I saw an AMC while leaving so maybe I will go there next time I am in the area. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when we went to the movies tonight! Previously we always had the cloth seats. Tonight with the new movie showing we had reclining seats and an adjustable table! Reasonable prices too! We will be going back soon. read more

Just experienced one of the worst theater experiences of my life. Teenagers were running around the theater for most of the film talking and throwing popcorn, and when my brother and I moved seats to distance ourselves from the commotion, and they decided to begin throwing popcorn at us and the management did the bare minimum to compensate us for our terrible experience (a free Small popcorn after we spent almost $40 dollars). I enjoyed going to movies here in the past, but I can honestly say I won't be attending any more movies here in the future. read more

You GOT to love theatre 5 with the lazy boy seats. I wish they would advertise what is playing particularly in theatre 5, I would see a mediocre movie for that kind of comfort. I've never had a bad experience here. However, I am retired and don't go to the show at crowded times so I avoid the riff raff. My only problem would be seeing a movie on the smaller screens in the theatre. Perspective wise, I may as well wait a few weeks and see those movies on ppv. read more

i grew up going to this theater! came back home for a visit, and i was so happy that we had time to come catch a movie. the addition of the recliner chairs in theater 5 is awesome. anywho, the kid running the ticket counter was kind, funny, and helpful. i know less people go to movie theaters now than they used to, so i really hope you guys stay busy and open! i will definitely come back next time i'm home. :) read more

I can't think of anything bad to say about this theater. This one is busier than the one across the street, but that's okay! They have a nice lobby and they are pretty fast getting folks through the concession line and the ticket line. I would say its always been clean when I've gone including the bathrooms. This movie theatre is very convenient to all the shopping and resturants. They have the latest movies or they come within a week or so. Most favorable are two things- one, you can join their group and earn free snacks. Two, the Senior prices are only $5 on Tuesdays. We rack up a lot of points that we once got a $25 gift certificate. People are very nice that work there too. It would be nice to earn discounts on food in the area. Plus they have free kids movies and bring back older movies that we'd like to see again. read more

FMG card is great for concessions, but the prices are more expensive than Carmike across the street, though it isn't too bad. This particular theater understaffs their counters meaning you typically buy tickets then wait for the worker to finish selling tickets in order to buy popcorn. This means that they don't give you their full attention. My experience was like this and the worker was very rude and told me I was wrong when he gave me tickets for a movie in 2D and not 3D. The manager was also rude. i got a refund and we went to Carmike. Same movie, cost less, and friendlier service. Will stick to Carmike in the future. read more

The crowd that is around here ruins everything. They let the kids be out of control in the movie. Everything's needs to be updated. Especially the bathrooms. The seats usually look pretty dirty with stains and what not. Just old. Popcorn is usually pretty good but not a ton of other options for food/candy ect. read more

I really enjoy Jackson 10 over Carmike Cinemas because of the cheaper overall prices and comfier seats. Frequent movie goers card offered by Goodrich Quality Theaters is a must. You save tons at the concessions and get deals on different movies during the week. Would recommend! read more
