Godiva - you always remember your first Godiva experience and mine was at a friends house in London. In the pantry were Godiva chocolates and when I was invited to help myself - I did. Since then I was kinda hooked. I do love good quality chocolate and I'm not going to lie, a whole Godiva shop as opposed to a small allocated fridge in David Jones was a nice treat. They have a wonderful array of chocolate treats and I can't believe I'm saying this but their prices seemed quite reasonable. A cute heart box of chocolate love cost 24.99 a hot chocolate 4.50 and a cold chocolate - 5.50 (seems reasonable doesn't it) Here's the thing I couldn't reists I had to try a Godiva drink, so I went for the cold chocolate.... Ohhhh, the dissapointment (insert heart break sound) it was nice but not the dream cool chocolate expereience I was wishing for.... Why Godiva, why? Your chocolate is so good, how could you mess this one up....? I might go back to try again because I refuse to believe that you can't be amazing all the time.... And when I do I will report back...lets hope its not a case of shame an you if you fooled me once, shame on me if you fooled me twice. read more
