Wanted to add also Nick also always provides me with amazing customer service every time I come to this location! Really good vibes from Mj and Nick Ok ...so Trulieve is like years old I don't understand why they can't get ahold of their inventory... it's so unorganized and unprofessional You know how many many times I drive to a certain store because a specific strain I want says it's in stock and they don't have it at all It's sometimes a waste of time because basically you can go somewhere else and buy the stuff you want instead of just shrugging just shoulders and calling it a day. So many other dispensaries have "live" inventory why it's so hard to keep yours up to date so that way customers aren't disappointed

The woman helping me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. She spoke with attitude, was irritated when I asked to see an item, and refused to provide her name when I asked. Instead of helping me or recommending products, she rushed me and kept saying they didn't have anything for $15, even though I came prepared to spend over $150 because I just renewed my card. The service was loud, careless, and rude. If management reads this: your staff needs serious training. This location keeps losing customers because of the way your employees talk down to people. I won't be returning after this.
