To top it off their prices are not even competitive with either Mass or NPC. Sorry but had to finally post this after so many tries. To say this is the best nutrition place in Miami would be an understatement. I've been yoyo'ing over the last 2 years, jumping in and out of gyms, routines, diets, programs, you name it. I've also spent countless dollars on stuff that I never really needed.. most of you can totally relate. I went to see Andy at Total Nutrition in Brickell back in November 2012, weighing 185 pounds (male, 5'8'', 30 yrs) but still working out and running like crazy. I was prepared to spend $300 on supplements, proteins, the list goes on. After talking to Andy about my goals he helped me develop a training program, eating plan (NOT a diet) and nutrition schedule that worked. Needless to say, I left that day having spent zero dollars BUT with a plan in hand. He refused to sell me any supplements and said 'try this, and come back in 2 weeks'. I did, and it worked. Then we started talking about what supplements would work, what the right protein is for me, and then we tweaked the eating plan. Today i'm down to $167 lbs, no desire to eat crap anymore and feeling better than I have in years. I highly recommend these guys. They're all certified nutritionists and actually know what they're talking about as opposed to other places that just want to sell you the 'latest and greatest in colorful shiny packaging'. 5 Stars!!! read more

After being charged different prices for the same product on several occasions, I severed my ties with this store. It's just not an honest establishment. I'm not sure why anyone would leave this store a bad review , must be the people that insist on getting even more discounts when the prices are rock bottom prices . I have had nothing but good experiences and have sent over 10 of my friends to shop in either the south beach or BRICKELL store bc the customer service is incomparable to anything out there .Let me begin by 1. Any product that is on the shelf is guaranteed to be good, they do not sell any sh*t products in their stores, so if you go looking for a crap product and they don't have it, reconsider the product you're using its probably filled with sugar or awful chemicals 2. Their customer service is AMAZING they know when I'm running out of products if I give them a call OR USE THEIR APP they will fill up my order and charge my card, and BRING IT OUTSIDE to my car so I don't even have to get out . 3 this being the most important to me, all the staff is extremely knowledgable and they will ask your goal and help you reach it by selling you the right products and will even build you a diet and supplement regimen. They taught me so much about fat burners and all the things I was doing wrong and it has improved my shape and workouts as a whole . I really doubt anyone could have had a bad experience like they state on the review , sorry they didn't have your crappy protein I suppose , but I suggest you upgrade your plan (im almost sure it's a a representative from a certain product brand they do not carry (I don't want to name names) but the entire marketing team is pissed, surprised someone would go those lengths to damage a stores name ) sell better products and maybe you can get on the shelves read more
