Literally bought a vape here a week ago and all was good. Went in today for another one and asked for what I was looking for and was told they didn't have it, asked for a different one and was told they didn't have it, finally after asking for whatever they did have I was told that they did not sell vapes at all and was made to feel like and idiot. I'm not one to write a bad review but the fact I was so disappointed.... my bf needed a part for his vape and the guy working was just "chilling" with a friend and eatting at the counter treated my bf and I, in Such a way as if "how dare paying customers come in a bother me!" Horrible costumer service, they sell fake puff plus vapes here, and the owner has a bitchy attitude. They tell us to put the code in on the website to see if it's fake or not and it said "your product is counterfeit". Owner over the phone was yelling at us and saying "we don't sell fake stuff" mind you on the website when we entered the code it said to not use this product. Idk what was her problem was but there's no reason to scream at costumers over the phone.. and who knows what's in those vapes now that we found out they sell fake ones!! read more

It is your generic head shop. Not much of a "hippy dippy" stock, as you find in most places (with tie-dye designs, incense, and new-age apparell). It has instead a cool selection of jewelry, statues, and dress swords / knives (nothing is battle ready! lol). It is definitely a place that is well suited to the type of people who live out on the east end, where grunge/metal meets Grateful Dead. Make sure you have your ID with you, to go in to the back and check out their glass gallery. They are very amiable and personable. The staff will talk with you, and carry on a conversation, rather then just be like "buy something and get out!". If you make a purchase of large enough $$ they will throw in extras such as cases, filters, and cigarette papers. They just purchased the old H&R BLOCK retail space next door and knocked down the adjoining wall, so it has grown in to a rather large store. I've been a frequent shopper here for a while, always a good selection and the staff is generally very helpful. Although the "mediterranean" guy isn't too friendly with customers, he was in a heated argument with someone over the phone and dropped several f-bombs in front of me and a few customers. Everyone else is cool though. I bought an e-cigarette from here, got it home and it didn't work. I brought it back and they switched out the battery no problem!
