He said they were closed today and as I was asking when would be better, the guy just hung up on me. Their website hours on Friday are 10a-7p. I have a good amount of gold (over 2 lbs) and if that's the customer service they're offering, I'd be reticent to call again. I'm glad I called first since it's about a 45 minute drive from my house. They appraised my pieces with a very fair price, and took my rings with clear plans for these precious heirlooms. Then life intervened - I had a fall, and then surgery on my knee. The folks in the jewelry store were so patient! I limped into the store again on the 7th of May. My rings were so beautifully repaired, they took my breath away! I feel so fortunate that after almost 3 years, I get to wear them again. And we struck a very acceptable deal for the items I sold. Honest, professional, friendly. This family-owned shop will have my jewelry business from now on. I can't recommend them highly enough!
