When the food arrived, there was barely enough to feed two people. It was embarrassing and unprofessional, especially since this was a business event. I was forced to leave and purchase additional food from another restaurant at the last minute. I immediately called the restaurant to explain what had happened. Once again, the person who answered did not speak enough English to understand my concerns and placed me on hold. I eventually hung up and tried calling back several times, but the phone remained busy. I then drove to the restaurant in person because I wanted to give them the opportunity to explain what happened and make things right. After waiting quite a while, a gentleman finally came out, apologized, and said he would pass my information along to his boss. I never had the opportunity to speak with a manager or owner, and no one made any effort to resolve the situation or follow up with me. This wasn't just a mistake with an order--it was a complete failure in customer service, communication, and accountability. I gave this restaurant every opportunity to address the issue, and they failed at every step. I will never use Taqueria 2 Potrillos again for business catering, work lunches, or personal orders, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
