I text back at 9:35 and 11:28 on Sunday because I hadn't heard anything and we were without power. At 1:22, I text that I was getting another service to fix. He answered quickly then blaming me and said he didn't work for free. Found a better service that looked at the problem, told me their plan, and got it fixed.
