I called and they made an appointment to come out to check our refrigerator and toilet. I feel they keep busy but will let you know when they can make it to you. If you call and they are busy you get a call back as soon as they can. It seems all the mobile rv repair companies have a trip charge and to me Elite had the most reasonable rates. They got the refrigerator fixed and had to order a replacement toilet. They gave me a price on a couple of different toilets and asked that I sign the quote of the one I want. We weren't using the rv when the toilet came which turned out to be a good thing because on the way to put the toilet in they stopped to get some supplies and it got stolen. They called as soon as they realized what happened and offered a few suggestions as to what they could do. Since we weren't going to use the rv soon I just said to go ahead and get to it when you can. They did put it in as soon as the new one came in and they kept me informed the whole time. I have yet to meet anyone from the company or put to use what was fixed as this whole time I was out of state but was able to handle everything over the phone including the payment. I already tested the inverter and knew it was bad but since it was the weekend I thought they would know the area better for parts and get it done quicker for me. Nope, came out got the $120 call out fee and told me my inverter was bad. Then not much communication. I texted him and he said he was working on an alternative option for me on Saturday around 8 PM. I text back at 9:35 and 11:28 on Sunday because I hadn't heard anything and we were without power. At 1:22, I text that I was getting another service to fix. He answered quickly then blaming me and said he didn't work for free. Found a better service that looked at the problem, told me their plan, and got it fixed. I never had to follow back up with them they kept the customer informed.
