The pastrami, the rye bread (specially made for them) and the potato salad were excellent. I was glad to have ordered the 1/2 sandwich as it was quite enough with the potato salad. There is a large menu board as you walk in the side door (the deli is located in the back of Dittos restaurant). They primary have soups salads and sandwiches and daily soup specials. You order at the counter, pay for your order, get your drink at the beverage area and have a seat. They will then bring your order to your table. We both opted for the pick two combo. I had a half ruben sandwich and a bowl of white chili. Both were excellent. A huge half sandwich and a large hearty bowl of white chili. The chili was flavorful but not spicy. It had lots of shredded chicken, beans and corn (which could have been left out in my opinion). My friend had the chicken salad sandwich and the white chili and said her sandwich was good, also a very large. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, parking on the side and in the back of the building. I had not been for years but it was a good choice for a late lunch.

This deli hits all of the high points. Matzo ball soup? Si. Corned beef and pastrami sandwiches on rye bread? Oui. Black and white cookies? But of course. Latkes? Well, this one surprised me, because I didn't think a deli would serve latkes, but why the heck not? For good measure, there's even a signed and framed photo of Larry David hanging on the wall. This is my kind of place. The thing to get here is the corned beef with pickled cabbage. The sandwiches here are huge, but you can get half of a sandwich with chips, and it's just the right portion for a nice lunch. Along with my half corned beef sandwich, I got the matzo ball soup. That's a pretty big matzo ball hanging out there, like Seinfeld would say, but it's hanging out in a clear chicken consomme. The matzo is the size of a whiffle ball, practically. It's dense but gives way easily under the slight pressure of a spoon. It's a very satisfying and comforting soup. My children shared a grilled cheese sandwich, which they liked but were thrown off at first because the cheese they used in the sandwich was white. So if you have a kid who likes yellow/orange cheese, maybe keep that in mind. There are lots of tables inside and out, but Good Belly gets very busy, and we barely got a table. This is also a great place to get takeout, if you're not feeling like fighting the crowds.

My boyfriend gets the corned beef and he loves it. The chocolate chip cookie was good too! This time around I got a side of coleslaw and their potato salad. The coleslaw was the best I have ever had. The potato salad was my second favorite I've had, only after my mom's. The coleslaw was light, crunchy, and flavorful. The potato salad had a really nice lemon flavor. The atmosphere is pretty cool in here! They've got a lot of movie and show references all around the place.

The bacon was thick and a great portion. The fries are thin and super salty. I'd recommend a different side to go with your sandwich. I noticed a pick two for a salad, soup, or sandwich. It included a drink, which made it a good deal. The menu offers several breakfast and sandwich items, plus bakery, salads, and sides. Plenty of seating and I enjoyed the brightness of the main room with its high ceilings. We had a table of 40+ people. The food came out together and our server hustled with a smile.

I started off with a diet coke and it fell flat. The menu listed a fountain drink and it was coke served from a soda gun. The carbonation wasn't strong and didn't last past the first few sips. I ordered off the breakfast menu and got the huevos rancheros and a blueberry muffin. The eggs were cooked to order and the potatoes were delicious! The muffin was okay. It was a bit on the dry side and would be skipped next time. My friend got a BLT and wasn't impressed. One piece of bread was soft while the other was hard, almost stale. It's a beautiful space but the meal was a disappointment.

I asked my friend to come here since it was on the way to another destination. It is definitely a unique little building. The inside was rather quite interesting, one side is the coffee/bakery/market side. The other has inside seating. We definitely looked around and at the menu to decide what we wanted. They have a cooler in the middle of the store for drinks. Since we were in a hurry (to get to our destination) my friend got a bottled glass coke and I got bottled glass Fanta. The employee behind the counter was quite interactive and was interested in knowing what prizes we got after getting the stamps on the passport. I wish we weren't in a hurry otherwise, would love to have sat down and enjoy an iced coffee and maybe a bakery treat. There's always next time.

The atmosphere is casual but super comfortable with a lot of natural light inside. We ordered a blackberry lemonade which was pretty good, not super strong blackberry flavor. The grilled cheese is amazing--such a great combination of sweet and savory and super cheesy. The dipping jam is the best part! The Mac and cheese is one of the best I've ever had. It's crunchy and has a good deep flavor. The chicken was pretty good--nothing crazy, but I expected it to be crispier. Collard greens were a good side to balance it a very carb-heavy meal. Prices are pretty reasonable. Overall had a great experience--will definitely be back for the Mac and grilled cheese!

Lots of breading not lots of chicken. Didn't want the spicy mayo and asked for mustard, they don't have mustard. Who ever heard of a restaurant that doesn't have French's in a squeeze bottle. Bartender was nice and it's a great sized and pleasant environment just very disappointed in the ipa selection and the quality of the chicken vs the price. Friday evening and pretty sparse crowd. Good luck folks.
