As I was commuting from central Copenhagen by public transit I was slightly concerned about the location. As it turned out it was extremely convenient and a pleasant 5 minute stroll from the train station which connected directly with Norreport. An amazing 8 course meal that was particularly fresh and flavorful. The lumpfish Røe was the best I've had, and it's one of my favorites. The lobster and sweetbread combo also stood out as world class.

From the front reception desk to the actual what they call Forest rooms it is about a block-long walk. Once I got to my room there were two what look like cots for beds. The mattress's were awful 2 inch thick slabs. One pillow & one throw pillow on each cot. the throw blankets were gross, to say the least. There was a tiny cell phone that wasn't connected to reach the front desk. They don't have air conditioning in the rooms so you have to open the sliding glass doors without screens - letting in all the bugs from outside. The bathrooms are open and only two towels & 2 small rolls of toilet tissue are given. No-wash cloths, soap bars, only a generic wall dispenser. The shower runs out of hot water fast. Overall cleanliness was a 4 on a scale of 1-10. Trying to sleep on the slab was bad enough, but the house cleaning people didn't respect the hanging "Privacy" tags on the door, constantly walking in each day. I would have to say the best part of the stay was the coffee. I would NOT recommend.
