Michael Chung spent nearly two full hours tuning our spinet piano. He wasn't rushed, he was incredibly thorough, and he clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He explained everything he was going to be doing in a way that was easy to understand, and his attention to detail really stood out. You can tell he knows pianos inside and out. Pricing was very reasonable, and he even offered to come back in a month for a free touch-up, which we really appreciated. Just a heads up: he doesn't accept credit cards and he's definitely in high demand, so it may take a little patience to get on his schedule. Neither were a big issue for us, but good to know in advance. If you're looking for someone who's meticulous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and genuinely passionate about what he does, Mr. Chung is it. Highly recommend!
