I stopped in on a whim and I love this little market! It was perfect for the fall vibes, even…read morethough it was 90 degrees outside still. This market has a small on site parking lot. There was a team member outside to help answer any questions about the floers plants, and pumpkins! There was an indoor shop too with various fresh produce along with pickled vegetables, popcorn fixings, james and jellies. There were some sweet treats along with wool products. All the products were such great quality, I'd recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Summertime is the time for adding to our beautifully landscaped yard (thanks hubby!). We had heard…read moreabout Reardon's from a friend and decided to check it out. I was on cloud nine walking through the outdoor plants. The plants appeared unscathed by the miserably hot temperatures of the current heat wave that we are experiencing in the area. They had definitely received excellent care. The selection is astonishing. They have a large selection of herbs, annuals, perennials, and ready-made hanging baskets. Browsing through the indoor fruit market is a step back in time. The market has been in business since 1978! Small but chock full of garden fresh fruits vegetables from local farms, locally made honey and jams, locally canned pickled okra and garlic, Amish goods, natural products, and much, much more. Oh, and my favorite, many varieties of old-fashioned candy! The garden center prices beat those of the big box stores and also a few nurseries and garden centers that are closer to our home. The market prices were higher than local grocery and big-box stores, but garden fresh is always better, and supporting local businesses is the way to shop! We needed to replace an old, lethargic spider plant hanging basket and bought two small spider plants that were so healthy and full of pups! Getting in and out of the center was a bit tricky as it is located on the corner of two very busy roads, but it was worth it!
