It appears that a lot of the low reviews are front staff related, however, I adore our NP Stephanie Augustine and I'm not an easy parent to please. My son has special medical conditions that warrant constant oversight and visits to the doctor and they always try to help me out even on short notice. They are very parent-centered in care and allow parents to make choices about medical care without coercion or fear tactics. I love this practice. I am over half an hour away since moving and I would never ever consider moving elsewhere. I have also had good experiences with the nurses and a few of the other practitioners when our NP was unavailable. I have a lot of friends that go here as well and I don't know anyone that has had a bad experience with the medical care received. read more

Rude and pointless questions. Each visit they want to see insurance card as if it's not on file and pictures have been stored ask a million questions per visit just to check in the clocks are all wrong so it appears one's late but is not. Finding new dr for upcoming year because who schedules appointments and then continues to wait as if a walk in and dealing with the staff up front isn't pleasant. We already have kids and to add all these request on top is ridiculous. Also drs do bare min no recommendations to specialists etc when needed. All concerns to this office have been brushed off as overly protective parent but it has not been the case after child ended up in emergency and needing specialist on a few occasions. read more

Goshen Pediatrics have good doctors and nurses. But, they need better training on their staff specially with their receptionists. I called in to reschedule my son appointment and, they told me that he was not even scheduled. WHAT, ARE SERIOUS?!?! Then the receptionist told me, that the last three appointment that my son had were no shows. REALLY!!! COME ON NOW!!! I NEVER NO SHOWED MY SON TO HIS APPOINTMENTS! I ALWAYS CALL A COUPLE OF DAYS AHEAD TO RESCHEDULE OR, IF I CAN'T I CALL THE DAY BEFORE OF THE APPOINTMENT! HOW DISORGANIZED CAN YOU BE?!?!?! I say this because, it's not the first time that something like this has happened. They also have done similar things to my other son. Like not fax things on time for my other appointments, losing paper work that the doctor has to fill out, etc. IT'S really sad because, the doctors and nurses are good. My boys have been going there for years and, I really do not want to change my kids doctor. Specially nowadays, it's really hard to find a good doctor. But, if something like this continues. I am afraid to say that I will need to change them. read more
