I was very nervous since I had not been to the dentist in a while and because I did not yet have dental insurance. I was running about 15 minutes late because it was further away then expected and I got stuck at work. They let me back and did not give me a hard time about this at all. The dentist I saw was the son of Dr. Wright. He was super personable and helped me be at ease. He numbed me up so well that I had no pain during the procedure and did not even have to take any pain meds after. The best part was he didn't even charge me full price, he only charged me what people normally have to pay out of pocket after their insurance pays their portion. Naturally after I got insurance I didn't hesitate on who to go back to when I needed the rest of them pulled and a cleaning. The cleaning I needed was more intense since I hadn't been for one in a while. They contacted my insurance while I was with the hygienist and let me know what part was covered and exactly how much to expect to pay out of pocket. When I came in to do the procedure I again felt no pain before or after and this time it was Dr Wright and a hygienist! Dr Wright even took some money off because I had had a bad day (someone hit my car and tried to take off). The 3 times I have been there have been fantastic. I will recommend them to my family and my friends! Even though I live about 30 minutes away I will continue to go to this office.

Take the first 2 reviews with a grain of salt, they seem to be from angry people, and we all know how loud and unhinged angry people can be. Don't let that negativity outweigh a normal person's perspective. This place is great and I've never had an issue at any point. I actually look forward to opening my mouth and getting my teeth absolutely pampered there. I will continue arriving at this location with joy and giddy in my heart knowing my little pearls are swaddled with care!

I do not recommend either of these facilities although we never got for enough to actually receive any service from them.

I felt nothing with the numbing shot, not even a pinch. There was some discomfort during the procedure which was caused by the prior dentist getting way too close to the nerve. He put a barrier between the nerve & the filling to try and help with sensitivity.
