At the time it was made Jonette even commented on how unique it was compared to the designs they carry. I should be flattered you liked my design that much you decided to start selling it but seeing my custom piece that was made for me now on display is heartbreaking. Trying to say you put a different diamond shape (elongated emerald cut vs elongated cushion) and removed the euro shank to save on your overhead in otherwise the same setting doesn't change the fact you are selling my custom design. John, you can do better.

Be warned, though - make sure any repairs are done thoroughly. At least one of the jewelry repair shops that they contract with might do a half-assed job if you let them. We had brought in my wedding set to be resized. My engagement stone's setting also needed some reinforcement. When we got the rings back, they looked fantastic! The cleaning and polishing jobs made them look so much better. But when we looked under a loupe, the engagement stone had been repositioned, but they had not reinforced the shoulders like they had been asked to do. When we checked the wedding band, the resizing was correct, but when they "touched up" the engraving, it was sloppy and even a completely different lettering style. When we brought this to Amber's attention, she was immediately on our side. She apologized and assured us that she would expedite our order and make sure it was right. To her word, they were everything we had been promised when they came back the second time. I greatly appreciate them standing behind their name and work, even if it took a second round.

Same properties and ratings as real diamonds but made in a lab versus from natural diamonds found in the earth. I was told they are significantly less expensive, but the uncertain thing is how well they will retain their value. They are nicer than zirconians, but why not just get the real thing? We recently bought a replacement bezel for my wife's watch, so yesterday we stopped by to see if they could swap it over for us. When we asked if this was a service they could provide, not only were they friendly and attentive, the jeweler took it to his workbench and returned with the watch sporting its new bezel in only a few minutes. When we asked "how much?", he informed me that there would be no charge. Now I'm not trying to say that they won't charge you for any kind of servicing of your jewelry (our need was a quick & simple one), just that their friendliness and professionalism was exemplary and it has certainly won our future business.
