Wow. I can't explain what AMAZING service this was. If I could rate this 10 out of 5, I would in a heart beat. First off, I have a 2018 Toyota 4Runner and I don't let just anyone work on my baby, especially someone who I don't know, but after a friend recommendation to come here to get my muffler worked on, I felt unsure. Especially driving there and pulling in I felt very unsure. But you know how adults used to tell you to not judge a book or person by it's cover....well they are right. Immediately, the two people who worked there stopped their welding and came to see what I needed help with and after doing a couple inspections they knew what I wanted and how I wanted. The price was SUPER FAIR and they did a new exhaust system for me in 30 min. They were so nice and the coolest thing is you can literally watch from right outside in the parking lot. Most places as you know tend to take your car air quote "into the shop" and next think you know you need this and this and this, but all you came in for was an oil change. Great service, quick, honest, affordable... Well....I came here a few weeks ago, and they fixed my muffler for a fraction of the price that Midas quoted me. I was very pleased with my experience here. But when I drove off, I noticed a rattling. I took it in to get looked at, and the guy didn't put the muffler back on all the way correctly so they are having to redo it. Good for them to admit it, still sucky that I had to come back. Took in my 2016 GMC Yukon XL for a second opinion after receiving a very high quote from Beaman GMC Service Center telling me I needed a new catalytic converter. There was no wait time at all as they raised up my vehicle to take a look for the problem. They saw no problems or deterioration from the Catalytic converter itself just a small leak connecting it to the Y-pipe. After a small shield weld fixing the leak, about 20-30 minutes, and only $65 later, they were done. They couldn't find their check engine light scanner to reset the light and told me to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts, but about 5-10 minutes down the road the Check Engine light turned off on its own. Thank you for being honest and efficient with repairing a small problem that Beaman GMC tried to make into a much larger one. You literally saved me and my small business thousands of dollars had I let Beaman work on it. Thanks! read more

Five stars for now ( will update if the repair fails) Mostly because of the women running the shop. Decided to try them after getting a two opinions on my Lexus GS and good Yelp reviews. I should have asked for the persons running the place today as she was great and showed me the problems. Said she had seen this dozens of times and offered a solution that saved my Catalytic converter and O2 sensors. Pretty simple, replace the faulty section of pipe and weld it to the good sections Vs. Dealer wanting to replace the whole section. Keep in mind this is a two bay shop and the techs handle the phones so things might be a bit slow when they are busy. I went on a non-busy afternoon and was in and out in about an hour. read more

My dad and I arrived prior to 8:00 a.m-- their opening time-- considering they are a first come first serve place. No one showed up until about 9:00 am however, so don't waste your time arriving early. We brought the part that needed to be replaced (a converter flex pipe) which consists of an easy, quick install. However, he insisted it was a very hard job that would take at least 4 hours.. and told us it'd be done at 2 or 3 in the afternoon for $250. Needless to say he calls us back at 10 a.m to say it was ready... he did not work on my car for more than ONE HOUR and charged $250 to replace a part that could simply slide on and be clamped.. a part that WE even PROVIDED. DO. NOT. GO. THERE. . I took my car in to have my exhaust system replaced. While they were lifting the car up.. My car "slipped" off of the lift, fell around 6 feet and landed on its side!!!!!! These people are not professionals and they tried to bargain the price of the damage instead of taking fault. My car is basically a total loss now and I am left carless while they attempt to "fix" it . The driver side was all damaged and fluids came out of the car. The shop doesn't look like much, kinda grungy looking, but the people there are very courteous and friendly. They advised that I did not need a complete exhaust system, but instead repaired the bad section for $50! Had me out in less than an hour. A friend told me about Gorilla Muffler Center and how honest they are about what parts you actually need fixed, so I gave it a try. I did have to wait almost 30 minutes since it was a bit packed, with 3 people ahead of me. They checked my car and said only 1 part needed to be fixed and that would cost 50! I immediately said yes.
