They then wrap it up and that's it. The bread is served cold and the cheese isn't melted in some places. Its not what I would consider a hot sub. I really had high hopes of having crunchy hot bread, with some melted cheese pull when I bite into it. I also didn't care for the sauce. It has too much Italian seasoning in it, taking away from the marinara and overall taste. The place is a small take out only establishment that is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
