    Very convenient and prices right for excellent water that's filtered to 5 microns. Great supplies for home water filtration.

We had to change companies to Gordon and our salesperson is a wonderful young man and upon meeting him we have not regretted the change to Portage from Battle Creek. He also picks up and delivers our bottled water often on the same day! We are now very thankful and will not divulge more but rather leave our review as it is after working with Besco for many many years, but we are in Vicksburg and could only get pickups and deliveries once every 4 weeks and it was extremely difficult to manage that being retired and having many appointments and work around their extremely limited availability to deliver and pickup our 6-12 bottles each time and the newest driver came quite early around 9:30 ish and we shutoff our phones for charging every night and wearing full face CPAP Masks and very hard of hearing, let's just say we are extremely spoiled by Gordon Water and our wonderful salesman who will come at anytime we say we will be needing more water soon and he is very flexible and asks me when? I let him decide but that translate to him saying, "How about today between 1 & 2:00?" (So rare for these times we are in) Thank you Gordon Water and Jamal!

The lady I spoke to had a tone from the get-go. It did get a little better when she realized I was ordering something. I was told someone would be here between 9-9:30 today. Today, at 10:37 I called to find out where they were. And again...the lady that answered had a tone from the second she said hello. I told her the guy didn't arrive as scheduled. I was told, "we haven't scheduled anyone in 20 plus years for a specific time". Okayyyyy, guess my son and I are both imagining things. Then she told me that they don't have us in the system at all. I told her that I have been paying them monthly for a water softener. She finally found me in the system, but at that point, I just decided we were not going to be doing any business with them. Not because she couldn't find us in the system, but 2 days in a row, I didn't appreciate the tone I received. It made me feel unappreciated as a customer. I asked to speak to the manager, Kathy. I told her the situation and told her that her reps are the reason she has lost this account. She said, "Let me know if I can do something to change your mind". She only said that because she had to, you could clearly tell she didn't really care and definitely didn't mean what she said. I do not appreciate getting treated like I'm a bother to them. When I called back to schedule the removal of the water softener, the lady that answered was friendly. Not sure if it was a different person or if boss lady said something about talking to customers a little nicer. Bottom line...it wasn't the mistakes that caused me to cancel, it was the way they spoke to me.

    Over a year ago, I called to speak with a salesman. We adjusted our softener and he called back. I…read moretold him our softener was working and when it didn't work, we would give him another call. He waited over a year. I called and set up an appointment he came out and we are now one of their customers. Very impressed, we are having our salt delivered, and installed, they sent us a sheet that told us what days they will be coming out so we could put it on our schedule. They also call prior to the appointment to remind us. It may cost a little more to have them deliver our salt, but it is well worth it, my husband doesn't have to lug those heavy bags of salt down the stairs and fill the softener. We had a little problem. They came out right away and took care of it. I was also very impressed with the girls on the phone as well as their answering service that contacted the service person , the service person called us back within the hour, on a Sunday morning. Very impressed with their customer service and their service in general. I would recommend them if you're looking for a good company to work with.

I ended up paying $4,500 for a unit including installation. Home Depot has a better unit for $1,500. Get an independent plumber to help you out! Initial quote was for over $10,000. $3,495 for each times 3 with a quote over $10,000. Then goes on to let me see if the office can do better, miraculously comes up with the system I have that's only $4,395, to make me feel as I'm getting a bargain. Reminds me of the Car stealerships. I screwed up by going with them. Don't make my mistake. My house was already pre-plumbed to accept a water softener system. Literally cut the hose and one hose goes into the tank and soft side comes out of the tank. No discount given for the easy install. He was in and out of my house in literally 40 minutes. I've never felt so ripped off in my life.
