I tried going to find the same doctor at another clinic same company and price of the service was less. The crown placed fell off in two days, root canal was not offered and it should had done, when asked to see the X-ray was told i didn't need to see it. In my gut I knew something was off and went to get two second opinions with another Dentist and an actual Periodontist that I had to pay out of pocket for. Sadly the dental hygienist also alluded to the business pushing her to "sell" as well after I told her I needed time due to financial constraints. I had attended two previous times and brought my husband but the pushiness to what I knew was wrong forever deterred us both from continuing our services. Now I am sadly wondering if the previous work I was pressured into getting last year was even necessary. UPDATE: Alex, the manager, called to argue this review. Didn't provide a single apology for my experience and defending the situation when he wasn't even there. Again, the dental hygienist made false claims stating I had periodontal disease (bone loss). This is not only a serious allegation but a wrong one as confirmed by two actual specialists. They pushed deep cleanings every time I came for a check up and said they've never had a review like this (also wrong if you read). Do your research and stay away from this unprofessional place!

I had my third visit to Oppenheimer because I needed a cleaning, put a crown on a tooth with a broken cavity. and took care of 2 cavities. One of the cavities came as a surprise because it was underneath an actual filling from my former dentist. Oppenheimer showed me in the mirror and I was mortified, especially since I didn't know and my prior dentist never caught or fixed it after having filled the tooth in such a way that the cavity grew outwards under the filling!!! I will now only go to Oppenheimer. He also out of courtesy to me took cement off my front teeth....cement that my former dentist left there after taking my braces off 2 years ago. He's the one who informed me of the remaining cement - unbelievable that it came to this. My teeth feel smooth for the first time in years. I cannot thank this dentist Dr Oppenheimer enough. He is a kind and gentle soul who takes great pride in his work. He is my new dentist and I'm sending my entire family to this new trustworthy dentist. Whoever wrote that review about using gasoline I don't believe this dentist said that, but I'm telling you maybe you should go rinse your mouth out with gasoline for being an exaggerator. Oppenheimer is direct and to the point in his interactions and work ethic. He injected anesthesia and I felt no pain, not even the initial pinprick. After that I still felt no pain. He worked on my teeth for years and his work was also exceptional so of course I listened to him. Fast forward years later and several appointments with Dr. Amador I would give this business 10 stars if I could! Every time I've had an appointment it was quick, painless, professional, and I definitely love how clean everything is. The staff is very friendly and welcoming where they send you reminders of your next appointments so you don't forget. They even call to check on me and Dr. Amador wrote me a very nice thank you card which says a lot by going the extra mile. I put a picture of the bar/waiting room with my review where I drink the Perrier sparkling water while waiting for my appointment to start (plus several points there for that .) The equipment is very modern and advanced with a lot of new additions I didn't even realized existed until recent. I feel comfortable and right at home throughout my entire experience here. They have nice smelling candles always lit which puts me in a relaxed and peaceful state as well. I highly recommend Dr. Amador and her staff for your next dental visit!

Once I stated noticing she was making a huge hole in my tooth the dentist said we should do a root canal. I went from a cleaning to a filling and all of a sudden they are selling me a root canal. I left with a filling that I didn't need originally and yesterday I was flossing and the filling came right off. They did a poor job from customer service to the end result. Now I'm in quarantine and there's no dentist office open. These people are not worth going to see.
