My absolute worst experience was with the audiologist affiliated with Dr. Pai's practice. She is clearly unhappy with her job; after she introduced herself as a doctor, I should have known that my evaluation was not going to go well. She was clearly very impressed with herself, I should have exited. Throughout my examination, she was rude and condescending, I have never been treated this way by anyone in the medical field. I have worked with audiologists in the past and found them to be friendly, happy people; this audiologist is a sorry excuse for a human being.

I had some hearing loss and it was due to ear wax buildup. Within an hour I was in and out. And most importantly I can hear again!! He accomplished in 30 minutes what two of my regular doctors visits couldn't. Highly recommend this practice.
