Josh towed it the same day, was very responsive and let me know the tire I thought I needed was not the right one. He said he could order one, but because of it being the week of Christmas, it wouldn't be in until the new year. He told me if I could buy one elsewhere, they'd be happy to put it on for me. Amazon had the fastest delivery time, and they arrived on my doorstep at 11:30am on Christmas Eve. Knowing H&M was closing early at 3 for the rest of the week, I called to see if there was any way they'd be able to squeeze us in. By 1:30 that same afternoon, we picked up our golf cart after paying a very fair price, just in time for Christmas. Josh and his team allowed us to be able to take our family visiting from out of town out to look at lights and went out of their way to not only be super communicative in the process but to make the fix for us when they could have easily said we needed to wait until next week. Highly, highly recommend H&M and will definitely be buying our next golf cart through them.

We could see the ocean and feel the salty air hit our cheeks and sometimes tangle our hair but it was always something my family and I looked forward to. We met Sage and her family maybe four years ago. I was so impressed to learn that Sage was only a teenager when she founded her company. Her family supported her idea of supplying Navarre with bikes to maneuver around the quaint town. And it grew beyond bikes. Our time in Navarre was always with Sage Paddles on the itinerary after discovering how peaceful and memorable scooting around town afforded our family. We wanted to support Sage and her sweet family especially after we learned of her story. Sadly, as of last year they no longer have scooters available. We never quite got to the bottom of why but we have cherished the memories this small family owned company helped us create. Yet, it does not happen very often. My wife and I just booked a House in Destin for mid-October. I wanted a golf cart. By the way, I used to live in Destin so I knew, the Golf Cart was very important. I called two places. The second was Beach Better Golf Cart Rentals. I got a message however it said I could text them on that number. I did and got a reply back in less then two minutes. The prices were more then reasonable and I could take care of the entire transaction online. Now for the rest of the story!!!! The home we rented is one of my personal friends. I asked him which Golf Cart rental place he uses. He said, "None". The home comes with a six passenger golf cart. So I did not have to rent a golf cart after all. BUT, when I do and that will happen, this is the ONLY place I will consider. The world needs to remember that we clients just want professionalism and prompt communication. We will pay more to get it. Customer service is the key.

As of a month ago my auxiliary battery quit and my main battery stopped this weekend. I called several times to tell them the issue. They kept saying warranty only covers 2 years which is fine. The batterys have a 60 month prorated warranty in which they didn't uphold...they wouldn't even try and figure out what my issue was so I finally gave up. All…read moreemployees wearing masks as well After reading reviews in the area, and picking between Fantasea Scooters and Coastal we settled on Coastal due to slightly better reviews and less issues w deposits. We did a two hour rental 49cc engine (two of us on scooter) and had no problems w payment ($49--w$100 deposit addtl that we received confirmation or credit immediately after returning). Scooter rode well and got us all around the coastal area for a couple of hours. Concerning was the condition of the scooter. First one picked for us the engine wouldn't stay running at idle, so she switched it for another. That one would stay running, but right mirror was missing, right turn signal did not work, seat was very worn and coming apart near the seam, and the left handle was held together w electrical tape. With all the talk about deposits, you would think the units would be repaired. Ours made some noises, but did get us from point A to point B. The scooters at the other place looked to be in better shape as we drove by, but not sure about customer service (which was really good here)
