I have waited quite some time to write this review. I have been visiting Dr. Ash for several weeks…read morenow twice a week and just recently started physical therapy there as well. I'm someone who's hypermobile and I have a lot of various issues with my body, including an old shoulder injury that I had surgery on. All of that had compounded into my dislocating a rib, which is how I found myself at the office. I have been through over a dozen clinics and therapists and chiropractors in my life and can genuinely say that this has been one of the best experiences and it's genuinely giving me hope that I will be able to not have to constantly live in discomfort. Dr. Ash listens intently to everything that you have to say and he's not afraid to allow your input to guide what he does. You spend a significant amount of time in his office for appointments doing a variety of things to help address whatever your issue is. For me it's an array of manual adjustment, stretching, and compression therapy. I'd after my first session with Dr. ashes relatively new physical therapist , I am excited to continue going. He spends significant one on one time with you and really make sure that you're actually understanding and gaining the benefits of the exercises - not just putting you through the motions. I can't count the number of times I found a great physical therapist, but then was passed off to doing the actual exercises with an intern. That's not the case here. 10/10 recommend and will keep coming back and genuinely can't believe I found somewhere that might actually be able to help genuinely fix my body. Only other call out is make sure you read the parking signs because there's only street parking available and I wouldn't recommend parking in the one hour meter slots unless you're sure that your appointment will be less than that time. If you're willing to go 3 to 4 blocks away from the office, you'll find easy 2 hour free parking and honestly, you should walk around after your appointment anyways to help everything settle in.

Dr. Mahtaban changed my life…read more Two years ago, when I was 15, I had a debilitating lifting accident in my school's gym. I had it checked out by my school's athletic trainers, in which they told me to take pain medications and rest as they didn't flag it as "any big deal." The next day, I had a competitive golf-match which I tried to play through and later found out that I definitively couldn't. I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep and I could barely walk (something a 15 y/o should never have to experience). Turns out, I had a disc herniation (L4-L5) that went undiagnosed by my school's athletic trainers. That's when my dad had booked me an appointment here, at Elite Chiropractic with Dr. Mahtaban. I have spent countless hours with Dr. Mahtaban and the rest of the staff here at Elite, and they are truly the best people. The combination of decompression therapy, traditional adjustments, and cupping therapy allowed me to make a full recovery. I am back feeling better and healthier than I ever have and that is all thanks to Jamie and his team. I was back to lifting within a few months and back to golf within six. Even today I still utilize the stretches and exercises that Dr. had assigned me when I was hurt. Aside from the treatment, Dr. Mahtaban and his team are amazing people. Like I stated earlier, I had spent many hours with him during decompression therapy or adjustments and we used to chat a ton. He genuinely cared about me as a patient and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to get to know him and the rest of the staff. I cannot stress enough the impact that Elite made on my health and overall life. A big thanks to Dr. Mahtaban and the rest of the staff here. Highly recommend to everybody.

Ended up having some hip misalignment, and then my mom kept me going for a while just to ensure that my skeletal system was healthy. It was never a scary place to go as a kid, because both Dr. Jochen and the staff were always so friendly and warm. After living away for many years, I'm back in LA and needed an adjustment and to no surprise, the staff (though different after all the years) were equally as warm and inviting. I had the pleasure this time of working with Dr. Matt, as I was dealing with several weeks of imbalance and vestibular issues from a misalignment in my C1 and C2 cervical spine. It had gotten so bad that I constantly felt like I was on a boat and felt dizzy and lightheaded 24/7. I barely felt comfortable driving. Dr Matt was amazing! He took his time listening to my experience, getting to understand by body and lifestyle, and I felt immediate relief after every adjustment. It took just three sessions to get me back to normal, and now I feel like a new person! I've since referred two more people to their office who have appointments set up! Between my mother, my father, and myself, we are a trio of very complex cases -- and lifelong chiropractic patients. We've seen chiropractors across the U.S. and internationally, some of the best in the field. And yet, not one compares to Dr. Omrani. He is in a league of his own. I've walked into his office with a pounding migraine and walked out feeling 15 years younger, energized, and ready to take on the world. My mother, who often arrives with a cane, literally walks out without it after seeing him. And my father -- the biggest skeptic of them all -- has seen such undeniable transformation in both of us that even he is now a true believer. What sets Dr. Omrani apart isn't just his unmatched skill -- though he is truly gifted -- it's his presence, his heart, and his humor. He's warm, brilliant, funny, and genuinely cares. I've seen him seamlessly run an entire office solo, adjusting patients while answering phones and welcoming everyone with kindness and grace. He is iconic in his craft, and in my opinion, The Joint should position him as a leader and educator within the organization. If there's a model to follow -- it's him. Today, we drove two hours just to be treated by Dr. Omrani. We'll gladly keep traveling out of state to see him. Because you don't just find doctors like this -- you treasure them. He's not just an exceptional chiropractor. He's a class act, and a truly good human being to his core.

I meant to write this long ago, but was so disgusted by experiences I had here that I honestly…read morewanted to just erase this lady from My energy and mind. Adjustment wise-- Iris was alright. I would always have a weird feeling on one side of My back that I never experienced anywhere else, and I have had better chiropractors, but I won't say she doesn't do a good job. That is where the 1star is from. With that said-- this is not a safe place for Black people. My first session, she pulled the 'All my friends are Black' trope with Me. Iris literally told Me "50% of them are dem and 50% are rep. I'm just here in the middle trying to hold them all together. Not like Jesus though; ego." Equating her self as a white savior then acting like anyone even compared her to Jesus other than her self. This woman emphasizes with trump. She bragged about loving Candance Owens; and literally tried to debate Me about the fact that Candance Owens perpetuates racism and self hate. She also has American flags everywhere.. including in a Buddhas hand lol. I also heard her arguing with another patient over Kyle Rittenhouse(another white man was disgusted by him and was nervous he wouldn't be charged). Her response, "Well I'm more worried about THEM burning down buildings." 'Them' meaning My people-- Black people. He told her, "You mean standing up for them selves and fighting for their rights?" Her response in an aggressive and condescending tone, "You mean just burning down buildings." This man actually held her accountable to which he asked her, "Well what do you do to make the situation better for the Black community?" She responded as a typical, privileged, entitled white woman "What do you mean?! Look at me! I'm here healing you. I'M A HEALER. I HEAL." As if that had anything to do with what he said. Nor is she a healer, she's a paid chiropractor that wouldn't be offering services if she didn't need a career or money. She then proceeded to come into My room and try to bring the conversation up with Me which was immediately shut down, only to be followed by her telling Me a story of her feeling victimized. Typical. Every session here was Iris coming into the room, talking about her self, unprompted. Constantly reiterating that she's an independent that sides more with reps, and just being completely ignorant and self absorbed when all I wanted was to just get My adjustments. The only reason I ever went back here after My first session was that I had paid for multiple sessions already upfront and had forgotten to cancel the second automatic charge. I honestly didn't even schedule My last paid session because I didn't want this woman touching My chakras anymore. Nor did I want to have to deal with being in a toxic environment for a Black person. If you're into ignorance, entitlement, and racism, then this is the place for you and I'm sure you won't mind her behavior or the convos. If you're a Black person, I would recommend doing more research to find another place. The cute lights, lasers, and aesthetic don't make up for the experience.
