With Dr. Choi, I never felt that way. He spends real time with his patients, listens carefully, asks detailed questions, and genuinely tries to understand what is happening in the body. You can feel that he deeply cares about the person in front of him, not just the appointment. What impressed me most is his combination of integrity, experience, and skill. He has more than 40 years of clinical experience, but he still treats each patient with patience and seriousness. He does not use a one-size-fits-all approach. He uses a Korean Four-Constitution / Sasang constitutional approach, and he also carefully studies the fingerprint patterns of all ten fingers as part of understanding a patient's individual constitution. From what I have researched, this approach is very special because it looks at the whole person, not just one symptom. A person with a "cold" constitution may need a very different treatment approach from someone with a "hot" constitution, and a yin-type body may respond differently from a yang-type body.
