I've walked into his office with a pounding migraine and walked out feeling 15 years younger, energized, and ready to take on the world. TL;DR: inescapable charges, deceitful virtual and in person exchanges. I moved a year ago and was not allowed to cancel unless I returned to the location where I signed up. Finally I travel back to LA today for other personal matters and I am able to go in person before they close at 2pm, and I cancel. The front desk tells me I won't be charged again and clears out remaining visits that I have available. Later that day I see a charge for the next full month for $89.00. Keep in mind I have already lost more than $1,000 because they would not allow me to cancel remotely (or from another location) after I moved. Really poor business practices. I hope someone reads this and does the decent thing before I have to take legal action. LA Fitness is setting legal precedent as we speak! read more

This was my first time seeing Dr. Fahim. His energy was just odd from the moment I stepped into the room. I had to re-fill out paperwork at the WeHo location since I had not been in awhile. It was three pages and tedious. He was reading it over and said "wow, you really filled out a lot" as if I was inconveniencing him. Odd, but we pressed on. He then started reading off my medications aloud and asking why I was on them. Also odd and it felt invasive as there is no boundary between the waiting room and the exam room. I'm on medication to lower my blood sugar. He said "so you have diabetes." I said "no, I'm on that to lower my blood sugar." He said "that's weird." So unprofessional. I again said "well, my doctor is trying to get my blood sugar down" and he again said "you probably have diabetes." At that point, I promptly got up and left (just as someone else in a review from two weeks did as well). It was rude, unprofessional, ignorant, and totally unacceptable. If he was confused as to why I was on it, he could've asked. Instead he chose to rudely "diagnose" me. I will not be going to The Joint anymore. read more

Drove all the way here for a 50min drive just to see Dr. Nick who had transferred from the NoHo location I was originally going to for a little over year now. He is the best! I'm experiencing a pretty simple thoracic issue with moderate radiating pain, along a common channel, and the "dr" interrogated me for 5 minutes before I just walked out of the office. They were open and he wouldn't treat me because the admin person is out. He was clearly upset because the clinic put responsibilities on him he doesn't want to do. He was so rude. I love coming to the Joint Dr. Nick is THE BEST!! It's very convenient since it's walk in and I go to the Weho location now because Dr. Nick transferred here from Noho. Only 4 stars because they were closed without updating their hours (for a couple days today is the 18th) so I drove here just for no one to be here. I understand if he called out as he is the only chiropractor working at this location currently but at least update it so people aren't wasting their time. 10/10 recommend Dr. Nick he's very qualified and I always leave feeling like I'm 10 years younger. read more

If I could give NO stars I would. You see, they apparently don't need new clients. Their $29.00 offer is a fraud. I downloaded the offer and called my local West Hollywood location for an appt. I was in terrible pain and thought I might have dislocated a thoracic rib. I was rudely told that they "only treat chronic pain, not acute pain". What kind of Dr. Is this?  I am very disappointed and will tell anyone who will listen, not to bother going there.  I however, found treatment elsewhere, and after tens unit, heat and an adjustment with stretching and massage, I gladly paid the other Dr. $75.00. They make you commit to two months when you sign up, sounds like a good deal for the price. My boyfriend signed up to help with his back and was hurt more by this company. He called to complain and cancel after trying two times. They will not cancel his membership until he pays for the second month even though he is in more pain after trying just a few times in his first month. Do not recommend this service. You walk in and sit on a bench with everyone else in the shop, someone comes up to you and cracks your back quickly and you are done. No personalization or notes or idea of what is going on. After my very first visit to the one of the locations I got bad pain in my neck and my vertebrae, which I did not have before. The pain turn to be so bad I could not turn my head for several weeks and even had difficulties to sleep. Since it was my very third week in the USA (I moved for my work from Austria, Europe) and I was very busy at work (new position, new country, new everything) I had not time to see a doctor. I asked them to terminate my subscription right after this visit. I must add I'm regularly exercise yoga and pilates, so I was not in bad shape or had difficulties with flexibility. Back then I was so busy, I oversee they respond and the fact they were withdrawing monthly charges for doing nothing. Now when I find out the fact and requested refund they offering me refund of 40%!!! Please be alert and do not fall into the trap I did, especially when you are new to the country! read more

Dr. Braun is a wonderful chiropractor. He's an excellent communicator, always professional and he really knows what my body needs even though he sees a lot of patients. He uses multiple techniques and introduces new things that really help me alleviate my back pain and jaw pain. He listens to what I need then carefully addresses each concern. Pros: Dr. Paul Braun is an excellent chiropractor! He probes thoroughly what is going on with you (an important part, which some only half-ass), is great at the physical manipulation and has a pleasant bed-side manner. Also, parking is easy and the receptionists are all friendly. Cons: I honestly don't think that the particular female chiropractor I saw another time has the physical strength necessary to do her job well. Staff was very nice but chiropractic service was lacking. I did the first time $29 deal, and the "assessment" is not an assessment of your spine and posture but rather a Q&A about your lifestyle and what habits might cause you to need regular adjustments. I went in today with a lot of tension related stiffness in my back and neck and the doctor wasn't able to adjust/pop my neck. I left with the same pain but still had to pay, and now I'll have to make an appt at a regular chiropractic office and pay for that as well, to relieve my pain. read more

Dr. Paul Braun is amazing, I only go to this location because of him. He is the first chiropractic who adjusts well without that feeling second day that you need to adjust more. He literally heals the body as I go. He is very knowledgeable, professional and gentle. He is patient, gentle, kind, and I always leave with a new stretching techniques from him on how to maintain during the week in between our sessions. I recently came in with a bad pain in my shoulder and he managed to fix it for me with a few adjustments. He also showed me how to stretch and how my sleeping position may be to blame - WOW!
