The property had no heat or insulation and the AC was barely functional. I left the apartment cleaner then when I moved in and they are keeping most of my deposit which I definitely feel should be given back due to the infestations of insects. I was without a bathroom for 7 months and per the lease they were supposed to adjust my rent for the amount of un-useable space and it was supposed to be retroactive to the date of the loss. Well they never did and when I finally moved out because the whole house quickly turned into a shithole with issue after issue that took forever to resolve so they kept my deposit and charged me extra because I refused to pay the rent the last month. They also won't respond to my attorney so to court we go.
