Decor is wonderful, changing rooms are the most beautiful changing rooms I've ever seen (I should get some pictures next time I'm in there, they're neat). Makes this place certainly a little hidden gem. I browsed for what feels like a pretty long time, but only ended up getting a candle cause I only meant to pop in to see what the store was all about. Me and my wife are kind of regulars at Rocky's Pizza (same shopping plaza) so we've seen it and wondered what was inside. Well now I know! Certainly blew me away. I already mentioned the decor, but the general displays are nice as well (I work in retail, I can't help but be impressed by that). I was the only person in the boutique, but luckily I wasn't hounded. There was one person working there--didn't catch her name but she had long black hair and a nice sense of style herself. She was very pleasant and friendly. Also packaging was cute (pictured). :)

Zero communication after submitting my order. I sent emails through their website contact form but never received a response either. I tried logging in and also tried checking the status of my order but it was impossible. I kept getting an error message about a CAPTCHA, which the website does not give you. This is my experience with their website. I cannot speak on how they are in-store. Just don't shop online.

Although my grandma's birthday was on Saturday, I had asked that the arrangement be delivered on Thursday or Friday that week, as it was best timing for my aunt, grandma's caregiver. Elena from Little Flower had confirmed that it would be delivered on Thursday. I was surprised when my grandma called me on Wednesday night to thank me for the arrangement. It had arrived a day early. That said, the arrangement looked nice and my grandma really appreciated it, which is what matters. I'm glad that folks were home on Wednesday to accept it.
