He said that way I had two racket strung at 2 different tensions which might be nice. I completely agreed with him and loved the idea. When I came to collect my newly strung racket from the same clerk, he strung it at 25. I told him that we agreed on 26. I even reminded him that my other racket is strung at 25 and we agreed this one would be 26. He never even wrote this down on paper. It was quite frustrating as my mind only had to remember my racket tension while he works a day stringing many rackets. So I think it was obvious that he go it wrong. In either case, they did NOT fixed their error and placed the blame on me. I am quite upset and annoyed. I will never ever go back to this store. I feel like if I was a stern male that they would have agreed to fix the racket. However I was a female with two kids and they didn't take me seriously. Again, won't ever set foot in this store again.

I usually purchase items online but wanted to support this wonderful local store who are not only competitive price-wise but also very generous with being able to try new equipment (I demoed 8 tennis raquets at no cost). I have bought expensive shoes at a better-than-onlne price and have had stringing done and new grips installed at a hard-to beat prices. Their friendly and knowledgable staff make this THE destination for all raquet sports on the South Island.

I had walked out without my coils and when I went back in, the girl got my coils but when I went to pay the owner(I believe) he gave them to me without charge. That kind of generosity made me switch stores and I won't be going anywhere else. Times are tough and that kind of generosity says a lot about the man. Nothings free these days and for the two packs of coils he bought himself a lifetime customer. Super nice owner who deserves everything good! Bless him!
