I had it towed to H&R on a recommendation from the body shop that's handled my car before, Riverdale Collision (also 5 stars.) They not only had it done within a week (about 5 diff things were replaced,) the price was completely reasonable. Bottom line: I completely trust them. I won't bring my Fiat anywhere else.

Ladies, beware! Disappointed is an understatement! I used to bring my car to Jeff years ago and…read morethen moved out of town. I recently moved back and I am sad to say that he is a complete and total rip off and has the personality of an old shoe to top it off. So here's the story... I received roadside twice and had my battery jumped to find out that the battery needs replacement. Knowing this I called Happys to see if they could squeeze me in and replace the battery. A couple hours later I receive a call telling me that the battery and Installation Would be just under $500! Mind you this is for a 2018 Kia. Feeling desperate, I agreed, but quickly came to my senses and called back to tell him no. So he tells me that it is already been installed, but he can put the old one back in. Fine, no problem(btw I paid half at Etd in kinnelon) so I arrive at the shop to pick up my car and I asked if he could jump start me so I could be on my way and he replied "no, sorry we dont have a jump box". Are you kidding me? That's right, He charged me $70 to install and uninstall a battery and left me in his parking lot with a dead car. I had to call someone to come and jump me. What kind of man or human being for that matter does that?! He is the worst kind of business man and I advise everyone to stay away from this crook. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews that his buddies left for him. It's a crock.

Armen, my sales consultant, was phenomenal from the moment I walked in. He was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest. He asked what I was looking for and where I wanted to be, and he never once made me feel pressured. It was, without question, the best car‑leasing experience I've ever had. What stood out most was the level of care. Armen took his time explaining every detail of my new car, making sure I felt confident and comfortable before driving off. Another thing I loved about this dealership is how personal the process is. You're not shuffled between five different people. It was just Armen and the GM, Ken Jr., who was equally impressive. Together, they created a seamless, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable experience. It's no wonder Gensinger Motors has been in business for so many years -- they clearly take pride in how they treat their customers.
