Tried them a year ago on recommendation of a neighbor. Though came in time it was over 20 minutes…read morewaiting until staff took my car Missed the shuttle and wound up sitting their for the duration The keurig machine is ok and seating is ok if you don't mind the drone of the price is right from the 70's Tried again and brought a ride this time. Arrived on time but the service manager couldn't stop his task for18minutes while my wife was waiting before me and then disappears into the office. Only after someone else came out did they take my information. The safety report is not up to standard No mention of fluids other than oil fill. No mention of the wipers. .If it wasn't for brakes it would have been less expensive and more thorough st an express lube

I highly recommend Grease Monkey to anyone looking for a competent and trustworthy auto repair…read moreservice. My Chevrolet 1500 truck would not start, and two other repair shops spent a combined eight months trying to diagnose and fix the problem without success. Frustrated, I finally had the truck towed to Grease Monkey. From the start, the check-in process was quick and easy. Joe kept me informed throughout the repair process, explaining the progress and what they discovered was causing the issue. They were able to diagnose and repair the problem, and my truck is now running great. If you're looking for honest, professional service and clear communication, I highly recommend Grease Monkey.

Also they failed to use a mat cover and got grease/oil all over my light grey mat! Honestly, offering cookies and flowers is less important than keeping my car clean! Very unprofessional!

Very Disappointed -- Poor Time Management and Communication…read more My A/C stopped working July 7, and I paid Christian Brothers Automotive about $640 for the repair. Less than two months later, the A/C started acting up again. I brought the car back on August 27 at noon, by appointment. It wasn't looked at until around 5:30 PM, and no repair work was done that day. I approved a roughly $2,100 repair on Friday, August 28, and was told the goal was to have it completed by Monday, August 31. On Monday, I was told the technician was still finishing another vehicle that had run into problems Friday and would only then start on mine. The repair on my car was finally completed September 1. That left me wondering: How does Christian Brothers prioritize customer vehicles? My car had been sitting there since Thursday at noon, yet the actual repair apparently didn't begin until Monday afternoon. This experience was about more than the repair taking time. It was about scheduling, time management, prioritization, and communication. If another vehicle has an unexpected problem, I understand that. But when my vehicle has been sitting at the shop for days, I expect transparency about when someone will actually begin working on it and whether the original timeline is still realistic. I have always made a point of supporting local businesses whenever I can. Unfortunately, after this experience, Christian Brothers Automotive is a business I will no longer support or return to. The repair was ultimately completed, and I appreciated that. However, the time management, prioritization, and communication during this experience were far below what I expected. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously, because customers deserve better.

It's so unfortunate having inconsistent service. A couple weeks ago I purchased 4 new tires,…read morespending upwards of $1500. I had a great experience. After picking up my vehicle, the following day I had a "tire pressure low" warning. So I called Firestone and was told I didn't need an appointment and to just stop in when I had time. I also checked the pressure on all 4 tires and not only were all 4 a different PSI, but none of them were even close to the manufacturer recommendation. I ended up stopping in and was told it would be a 3 hour wait, for a patch repair. I explained the conversation I had previously with them, explained about the pressure readings, etc. and was told "it's possible you have a nail, there's so much construction". I hate being spoken to like I'm a complete idiot by someone that's barely graduated high school. I told him I wasn't waiting 3 hours and requested an appointment. The next available was Sunday (it's Friday), at 9am. I took the appointment and asked how long it would be. He said about an hour. To which I inquired about the duration, as that felt excessive. He proceeded to tell me that it all depends on how many walk ins they get. You see my confusion now, as I'm making an appointment, why would walk ins impact me at all? I asked him this, to which he tells me "we prioritize appointments but you never know, so we recommend you call before coming in". To end the visit, I confirmed that "I'm making an appointment, but I need to call an hour before to confirm that when I come in for my APPOINTMENT, that I won't be waiting around forever because walk ins have become a priority". He confirmed that is the process. After spending $1500 I expect much better customer service for an issue that didn't exist before our original interaction. More to come pending the "appointment"...

I needed and oil change and thought I would find a place closer to home than Brandon Ford…read moreyesterday. I usually go to Brandon Ford....they do a great job, but it can take a little while, but it costs no more than $30. I paid dearly for that decision not to go them or find a Jiffy Lube. The Havoline place is next to East Coast Pizza in Riverview and is a small building. The cool thing is that you don't even get out of your car...you drive right in and they do everything while you wait in the car and get you in and out pretty quick. That's where the good part ends. You find out quickly it's VERY expensive. For a Synthetic Blend (2nd tier of oil), it was normally $58...if you have a car...if you have an SUV, it will be more. So, they offer a $10 off coupon on their site, or Veteran/Military Discount. They change the oil, clean your windshield and give you a couple small fragrance clips for your vents. I didn't see them top of the wiper fluid, brake fluid, or even check the tire pressure to put air in them like most other places. I won't be going there again so let that be a lesson learned. If you are SOOOOO rushed for time, this place may be right for you, but expect to pay out the nose. It's interesting how the prices are not posted before you drive in....only after you have driven into their bays. It's so funny how the guy was telling me that the top tier which was like $85 was best for.......any car. Not a great salesperson actually as he just kind of looked around as he spoke as if he had the entire spiel memorized.
