Horrible customer service!!! I spoke to Julio on the phone and I have never been treated so poorly over the phone. This "man" does not know how to speak to a lady, was extremely rude and refuse to help in any way. Julio is clearly a unhappy employee! This man also clicked on me and my husband when we called. SO RUDE. I am also very disappointed about how these workers suggested to my husband to call this week so they can order a broken part on my car and they never wrote down any notes! Instead, I would have to go down to homestead again, to just get my car looked at for a broken part they already know about so they can order it, have to wait again, and return again! Please make that make any sense! YOURE WASTING YOUR CUSTOMERS TIME AND YOUR OWN TIME. Work smarter not harder. Very deceptive on qoutes. Went and asked for two tires and a Tire Pressure Monitoring sensor. Talked specificslly where the two tires were going. Presented with a written qoute for $479. Did not look closely at qoute...price sounded reasonable. Had a call mid morning that my front brakes needed there discs repaired.. I knew they needed replacement...no surprises. With another $175 was expecting a $660 bill. Nope. $1001 dollars. They only quoted one tire. If it was a misunderstanding, he should have asked for an authorization for the additional tire. Looked closely at original qoute and there was a $50 charge to mount and balance ONE tire. Most tire places that I have dealt with will install tires u purchase from them for free...not to mention a $300 tire...which BTW was no more than a $200 dollar tire. Will report to BBB. While I was there another customer was charged for two belt replacements. She asked to see the old belts. They brought them out and one was brand nee. She stated that the belt had just been replaced two months ago. The store manager did take the charge off...but if she was not a sharp cookie she would have been stiffed. MIGUEL, the manager of this goodyear consistently lies to his customers. He told me my car will be ready by one day but then "the part came late" so i waited.... the next day he said my car isnt perfect yet the total stayed the same. The labor cost for that part was charged $590 when he told me the part was coming in an hour before close hence the pushed back date. So i got returned a messed up car and got charged for the labor regardless. 1 hour does not cost $590 miguel. I do not feel safe in my car. He guaranteed it would be fixed and then last minute said he never noticed the rim yet i did a 24 year old girl who knows nothing about cars TOLD him my rim is messed up. How did you not fix it because you "did not notice"??? Save your money. Go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else. read more

Very disappointing. Prices are competitive and very similar to every other tire service place around. The only reason tried my service with them was for the $40 rebate. I won't recommend this place if you have other options. I took to cars, end up doing one. Prices changed and misleading information. It was my first experience with them. I usually go and do the service with a different company. I decided to take advantage of the $80 dollars rebate for 2 cars. I went with $40 and took my other car elsewhere. I came to this place because they are a Goodyear, and I thought they would be more legit than the other service centers in the area. I was sooooo wrong. My 2006 Toyota Tundra started to vibrate bad, so I had them replace the U joints, they told me that it needed a new clutch ($1200), I told them not to do it I wanted a second opinion. I picked up the car took it to CARMAX and they said it was something completely different. I ended up paying 185 bucks. They assured me that the clutch was perfectly fine. Got a bearing replaced for a total cost of 500 dollars only to find out months later that they had replaced the wrong one. Thank goodness I had a warranty and they replaced it. I wouldn't be so upset but at the time I had to come up with the cash for something that should've only cost a couple hundred. I had a very difficult time yesterday morning. I was on my way to Miami from the Keys when I noticed my tires were low on air. As soon as I got off the Stretch, I stopped at the first and every air station there on, 6 total. None of the stores would give me change, they won't give you change for dollars, but that's another story. Nor would they refund my money. None of them worked. It wasn't the $1.50, but the fact that I needed air and NO ONE WILL GIVE YOU CHANGE, and I was getting annoyed & needed to solve this. I drove past a Goodyear store and turned around, hoping they would help. Julio Sanchez, the Service Manager, was very kind and asked me to wait. Within a few minutes an employee came out and took care of it. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, he wouldn't accept any gratuity, but I insisted. I didn't purchase anything but I will definitely use their services in the future. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you gentlemen! read more

Avoid this place. Went in to have a tire inspected for road hazard warranty. Mind you the tire had no visible tire damage but had a bubble on the sidewall. Avoid all Goodyear branded tires. They don't care about the customer, all they wanted to do at this place was sucker me into paying 200.00 for a tire that should have been a warranty replacement, and should be pulled from the market. I took my car here for some repairs and was given a VERY misleading quote on the cost. The sales representative initially gave me an amount for what the repair would cost. When I went back to pick up the car, the final cost was twice that which I was initially told. The sales rep said the price was correct, because the amount he had told me before was for one axle not two! It's pretty laughable, but that is what he told me and he was standing by it!
